service is not so good, coffee is pricey and medium quality, wifi is never working and the staff don’t care. the place is always crowded, I guess because of the location

I went because of the co-working label and regretted it. For the price, it's really not worth it.
In this area, for this price range, the least I expect is good service.
When I went, the service was extremely slow for all my orders (arriving cold at the table) and the two people who served me were in a terrible mood. In addition, several items on the menu were out of stock. The environment was also extremely noisy, terrible for working.
There are much better places in the area.

The atmosphere is cozy. We went there intending to work a bit since we had just arrived in São Paulo, but there are few tables with power outlets, which made the experience a little difficult in that regard. I also had trouble with the Wi-Fi, and the staff seemed unhelpful.

On the other hand, the food was very good! We tried a pressed beef and cheese sandwich, which was very tasty, and a delicious iced matcha latte.

The service could have been more attentive, especially since we arrived when the place was still empty. Even so, it's a place I would return to, but in a different atmosphere: without laptops, more relaxed, and ready to try the cake that we saved for next time.

The price is a little steep, but it's a pleasant place to work and study, although it doesn't have many power outlets. The Wi-Fi is very good. I recommend a visit!
