Well how can you get better than perfect. In every sense. The coffee is divine (try the cappuccino (see pic) and chai latte). Even bought a couple of whole bean bags to take home. The food is exceptional. We had the 3 cheese pressed Cheese bread and the Brigadeiro pressed Cheese bread - again see pics). The atmosphere is relaxed and the place is mainly local who know a great cafe and who frequent it often. The service was exceptional. We had a limited (ok we hardly know Portuguese) working knowledge of the language but were patiently and calmly explained the various choices of the menu by all there. This is a place that is among the best of the best. Try them. You’ll thank yourselves for coming here. Fully deserving of the great ratings from all the people before us and who influenced us to come. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did. We’re even coming back tomorrow!

It can be hard to find good coffee in Rio. The land of coffee unfortunately exports a lot of the good stuff out, leaving the average coffee place with super bitter beans. This place is where you are going to get that Brazilian coffee you were hoping for. It has a range of beans and ways to make the coffee as well as lots of variety of other caffeine based drinks (the tropical cold brew is perfect). Totally worth going and you can bring your laptop ;)

Amazing coffee — the best I’ve had in Rio. Friendly staff. A rewards card. And the best pão de queijo with goiabada that I have had in my life!! A superb place to meet friends or to work on your laptop for a while. Amei!

I loved the place, the homey decor, and the very attentive service. Good food, 😁 great value for the experience. Air-conditioned environment with Wi-Fi and power outlets. Nice space to work in Rio de Janeiro. Plus: you can customize your tapioca with the ingredients you want (from the menu).

This place is an oasis in the bustling Voluntários da Pátria neighborhood. Unpretentious yet classy, ​​a super relaxing atmosphere with superb service and product quality. I ate a cheese bread stuffed with cheese and bacon crumble and almost asked for seconds, it was so good. I don't drink coffee (I had an iced mate tea from the house) but the smell of top-quality caffeine was unmistakable. In fact, one of the partners offered me a sample of a special coffee (even though I explained that I didn't drink coffee) and it was so good that I ended up drinking it all. Incredible music selection, free wifi, friendly and pressure-free service. Excellent place to work or spend time with friends. Worth checking out.
