A small co-working space dedicated to coffee. Unfortunately, the espresso machine wasn't working, so I could only try the filter coffee! And the savory sandwiches too. Very good!
The leite da vovó was a success!
We bought whole bean coffee to try when we got back to France (A bit pricey, but nice packaging!).
Unique coffee shop! Outdoor and indoor seating, good for working, talking with friends and journaling. Very enjoyable!!! They have whipped cream and a very extensive coffee / drink menu.
Coffee Lab is an excellent place to relax or work and enjoy great coffee! The wifi connection is great and the staff is super professional! I highly recommend it!
Such a cool concept coffee shop. Literally like walking through someone's home that is obsessed with coffee.
Staff are super friendly and vibes are immaculate with wifi, cool seating, a small shop with coffee stuff, and classes to learn more about coffee.
I unfortunately didn't try the coffee but I wish I could. They should offer decaf for us who want to stay away from the harbor energy from caffeine.
Hands down the best coffee in São Paulo. Coffee Lab is my favourite spot, I bring friends and family here all the time and it’s perfect for reading, working, or meetings. Brilliant bean selection, great brew methods, lovely food, a welcoming atmosphere, and excellent service.
Amazing coffee. 5/5 experience in the weekends. 2/5 experience on weekdays because every table is busy with someone with a laptop on an active zoom call. Feels busier than my Wework. Wouldn’t think about having the coffee here.
Best coffee spot in São Paulo. Usually the internet is working, all coffees are great and the snacks are incredible.
For coffee: Cappuccino or Cappuccino Ritual. As alternative you can also have the Coffee that has red grains. Pretty sweet without sugar
Sweet snack: Cake with coffee
Salty snack: Brioche
----
Edit: They are removing everything that is taste from the menu!
Now cake with coffee is not available anymore and neither Toast with egg. That's super sad. They also removed every coffee ritual which was one of the most impressive things
Edit 2: The Cake with Coffee is back but with some spices on it. Is not as good the original.
Nice place in theory but it was super busy when I went on a Monday. No tables and the wifi was not working.
I ordered a specialty coffee and it was brought via Aeropress. The coffee was pressed immediately (you're supposed to let the coffee sit for 2 minutes and then press) and the taste was weak as a result. It was pretty overpriced for a pretty rushed coffee that they didn't have the patience to let steep properly. I would've thought a place called "Coffee Lab" would know better.
Maybe not a place if you're a coffee fanatic. They're just too busy.
The ultimate digital nomad hang out - incredible coffee, fast wifi and a great setting to get work done Monday-Friday. Their coffee ice cream is out of this world. I make a point of visiting when I'm in São Paulo and it never disappoints.
They do great black coffee varieties here if you are a coffee snob like I am. A little expensive. Staff very friendly. Good wifi.
Great place, they make aeropress coffee and another kinds. They know about their coffee and explain all about it. There are little co-working spaces, some with great windows and sunlight.
A little on the expensive side, but if you love coffee you must visit. A cool space serving a large variety of coffees to your preference (espresso, pour-over, aeropress, etc). It's also handy that it's open 7 days per week, with long opening hours and has wifi.
Amazing co working place and nice cafe. Perfect vibe to be productive while relaxing! Definitely a must. And the coffee is just incredible
Amazing coffee and atmosphere. Great courses and nice people working!
Excellent coffee. Service could be better. wifi sucks
Very uncommunicative staff and half of equipment broken / Not working …!!
STOP being a cafe if you cannot serve a simple latte .!! 🤷🏻♂️
Delicious coffee and good environment, nice space for working by oneself
Amazing coffee, and great place to do some work on your laptop

• ☕ Delicious cappuccino, good quality coffee
• 🪑 Cozy, quiet, and stylish space
• 💻 Ideal for working or using a laptop

I only tried the cappuccino this time, but they have more drink and food options—I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.
📍 Highly recommended if you're in Vila Madalena (or even if you're not). The neighborhood is also very nice and full of shops, so you can take a stroll afterward.

I went to work and took the opportunity to have an afternoon coffee. The place is spacious, but since everyone goes there with the same goal of working, it's not very quiet. I loved the "grandma's milk," it warmed me up on a cold day. The wifi password is "moeufodeu," but I couldn't access many websites or Slack because of the security measures. Despite that, I really enjoyed the experience and want to go back for the refillable filtered coffee!
The cappuccino and cornbread I tried were both wonderful! The space is large and cozy, with tables that have power outlets and good Wi-Fi!
Hype is irrelevant.
The coffee menu is okay, and a good option is to buy the unlimited refill for 24 reais.
However, the space is extremely limited – if you arrive and there isn't a table for a group, there's absolutely no effort to accommodate people (but it's fine if you go alone and occupy a table for 4). Luckily, we got a table on the second floor after expressing our dissatisfaction, but even then the Wi-Fi didn't work and the chairs were benches, totally uncomfortable if you're looking for a place to work/study for hours. When we asked if we could move the table to accommodate us, the answer was "we can't change the table configuration," even though it was a room where only we were. The upstairs bathroom had a black toilet; you can't even tell if it's clean enough to use.
The food, then – 24 reais for a grilled cheese sandwich, nothing special.
I always go there for work or for a chat, and it's always a good experience. Friendly, welcoming service and a pleasant atmosphere with a backyard feel. The Wi-Fi never disappoints. The free water with ice available in a fountain/tap in the middle of the café is charming and a super cool and conscious initiative that other places in the city should adopt.
The "grandma's milk" is a must-try! But order it with an extra espresso (it already comes with one) to soften the sweetness of the condensed milk.
And if the place is full, you can wait a bit on the benches in the waiting area or cross the street and go to the neighboring bakery that's open 24 hours. There's no bad time!
Points to improve: menu and layout. What is that tiny table under the stairs? ;)
Grandma's milk 5/5 (it's incredibly creamy)
Brioche 5/5
Great coffee
Nice place
Good for working with a laptop
The coffee is excellent and the service is courteous. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a mix between a home and a co-working space, dotted with coffee machines. It's a place to go when you have time, and depending on the blend you choose, the bill can be a little pricey (but the flavor makes up for it). It's a shame they don't accept meal vouchers, despite offering snacks on the menu.
Coffee Lab is, in my opinion, the best place in São Paulo for those who love to taste coffee! They grow their own coffee and also have several other options, all very well explained on the menu. Furthermore, there are various ways to taste it. My suggestion, for those who like variety, is the tasting menu, where they offer several coffees served in different ways. All the staff know a lot about coffee and are able to explain even the smallest details to those who are curious. It's also a pleasant place to chat; it's not noisy, and you often see people using laptops or having business meetings.
For those who like a more "deconstructed" and alternative environment. Great as a co-working space too. The coffee is great, very tasty. I thought the cheese toastie was okay. The affogato is also worth trying.
A haven for coffee lovers, both for enjoying the coffee and for learning through the courses offered. It's suitable for spending an afternoon working, with Wi-Fi and power outlets available. The menu boasts a good variety of roasts and brewing methods to suit various tastes. Plus, water is free!
I took my girlfriend there on Sunday morning and it was the best coffee we've ever had. Not to mention the breakfast, which was divine. The staff were friendly and fun. The place is absolutely charming. I highly recommend it to couples, to anyone who lives nearby and wants to work in a corner with a laptop, or even to bring some coffee-loving friends. It's an excellent choice.
A super cool place with excellent coffee and snacks in a great atmosphere! Coffee must be ordered at the counter; they don't serve at the tables. Lots of people working and having meetings there, it feels like a co-working space! I loved it and I'll be back.
The cappuccino was very good with creamy milk. They didn't have lactose-free milk (for those interested). The Wi-Fi was very good, water was free, and there were several coffee options.
Pleasant atmosphere, plenty of water, very good wifi, LGBTQ+ 💙. You can work for hours without worrying.
