This location can get pretty busy at times, so I appreciate the lady with curly hair informing me about the wait time. Coffee and banana bread were good, as always.
I had a flat white here. Made good by the friendly staff. Nice interior and quite good atmosphere in here. Also cakes and some lunch dishes.
Fast service, a smile wouldn't hurt though, but it's Poland. Coffee good, Costa standard, try Ginger Bread Latte must try. Bad points -> sandwitches a joke. I had a baguette with HALF ham in it and supernarket cheese. The baguette spent about 5 seconds in the press.
Great place in Forum shopping mall.
Cozy atmosphere, plenty of nice bakeries and cakes! Friendly staff. Broad selection of tea as well.
Amazing service and even I ordered freddo espresso that only made in Greece and was not in catalog, the girls managed go make got me and was delicious. 100% suggested
Bizarre and ridiculous and unacceptable in this day and age and in a gorgeous modern shopping center in Gdansk, the wifi does not work. Something one only finds out after ordering, when asking how to access it.
Nice
We ordered a frappe salted caramel, and it was terrible. It only tasted as salt, directly pored from the package. In this regard, we asked for a new. The blod lady making the drinks refused correcting the drink and said she doesn't care. Don't go here!
In the afternoon zestaw is supposed to be a chocolate, but the waitress did give us any. To the question “Why did I pay for the things and didn’t receive them?” I have got the answer “We don’t have it now, sorry”. So why should I pay for things which they don’t have :) The work of the waitresses was not so good. Coffee was bad prepared. Flat white was like late, and didn’t taste good. I don’t recommend this particular spot.
Ordered caffelatte the taste was like she just add milk in half spoon coffee. Services also not so good.
Very tasty coffee and deserts!!
Good place to be with friends studying or just chilling
Good baguette with chicken, wonderful cappuccino, and good and strong frappe , good service, English is good
Cake and Coffee just normal. Nothing to recommend but not Bad.
Staff nice. The caffe is located a beautiful shopping Center.
The worst Costa in Poland! They are very unprofessional!
Super ❤️💯
Often there is a very limited choice of food, looks like management is incapable of planning their stock levels.
Comparing to a visit one year ago the service has changed significantly. I can say that it’s 5 star.
Very wierd that they serve coffee in plastic cups while being in the store… Use reusable glasses!
Relax 😇
good
Like any other Costa's
Best place for relaxing.
🔝👌
Nice
Extremely bad and dry Oreo cake. Only answer from staff was this is how the cake should taste and must throw in trash without any compensation or new cake. Stay away from this place.
I had a great Matcha here. Even though there was a long line my order was processed fast. Very nice furniture and very comfortable.
The perfect place to take a break while waiting for a movie! A quick coffee and a delicious pastry were just the thing. It's another Costa, and each one has something unique about it – especially the one located in the most beautiful shopping mall in Poland. The staff is incredibly friendly, smiling, and very helpful. A truly pleasant and delicious moment of relaxation! I highly recommend it!
I don't think this company needs any introduction; it's a fairly well-known chain. The place is very nice, the staff friendly, though not very knowledgeable about allergens, which is a very important issue for allergy sufferers. The place was loud and crowded, so not a good place for intimate conversation. The coffee was very good.
On Saturday morning, I had a delicious matcha and cake recommended by the barista, Kasia. The ladies behind the bar were friendly and always smiling. I highly recommend Costa Coffee on the forum 😊
Delicious coffee. Kasia, a great barista, recommended a delicious strawberry and coconut matcha today. 🥥 I recommend coming on Saturdays, great atmosphere 🥰
The service and the place were quite pleasant. Unfortunately, I ordered a chocolate and... what I got was a chocolate-like drink. I definitely don't recommend this choice; it's better to stick with the coffee.
I responded to the cafe this morning, great service, the ladies there were very helpful and always smiling ☺️
I highly recommend it!
I ordered a large strawberry matcha, and all I could see were the seeds at the bottom of the strawberries. The matcha cost 30 PLN, and you could smell the powder mixed with the soy drink. I don't recommend it. It's also worth mentioning the additional fee for the cup, which the cashier didn't mention when ordering.
I didn't like your hot, strong cappuccino with very frothy milk. The very milky latte I received instead didn't taste good either. The chocolate pretzel was also unappetizing. I noticed the atmosphere behind the counter was tense, and the baristas were in a hurry. Maybe that's why they don't focus on quality?
The coffee was so weak it's hard to call it coffee. Furthermore, the staff doesn't inform customers about anything happening at the register. The receipt was incorrectly printed, and when I asked for a correction and refund, I was told it was my fault for not having applied the coupon in the app. No attempt to resolve the issue, no goodwill. Avoid.
You order a coffee and a hot wrap, get a number that's supposed to beep, and sit at a table for 20 minutes, waiting. Finally, you notice that your wrap and coffee are already on the counter, but none of the three ladies behind the counter bother to tell you that your coffee is ready. The number doesn't work, and the lady says she preferred me. It's strange because I'm sitting so close I'm sure I could have heard.
In the end, you get a cold wrap and lukewarm coffee, for which they won't refund you because the receipt is in the trash.
The whole room is laughing at what you're paying so much for here, because it's definitely not about quality.
Wake up, people.
The chai latte is yummy!! Those strawberries on top are also a hit. The Americano is an Americano, a strong, black coffee :)
As for the breakfasts, I thought they were delicious. Both the premium baguette with chicken and the toast with cheese and ham. The only downside is that they could have been served warmer. They were too cold for me.
The service was friendly and helpful. The tables were relatively clean. We had no problems with the stroller.
I love coming to Costa for my favorite, delicious coffees. I usually don't complain about the service anywhere, but today, the rather unfriendly lady with curly red hair didn't encourage me to visit again. She gave the impression that I was working as a punishment, rolled her eyes, served casually, and then made some comments to a colleague. The bad taste in my mouth remains, and I hope next time will be better :)
A super-nice cafe, the coffee is seriously one of the best I've ever had. The service is very friendly and relaxed, making you feel at ease. Mikołaj, the barista who served us, especially does a great job – he's incredibly approachable, positive, and knows what he's doing. I'll definitely be coming back more often…
When buying coffee there, we get paper cups that we had to pay for (50 cents). It must be those Black Friday deals 😆. There are no trays, towels, or spoons 🫣
The cappuccino was good, with thick foam, the hot sandwiches were barely lukewarm, the tables were dirty, and the chairs were worn and filthy. The service was polite, but nothing more. The ubiquitous, loud beeping of timers doesn't improve the atmosphere of the café on a Monday morning when it's not very busy, let alone at lunchtime. Next time, I'll definitely choose a different café.
The service was pleasant, but after the coffee and salty snack, I developed a stomach ache, not only for me but also for those with me. I don't know if the ingredients were old or spoiled, but I don't have fond memories.
A great place for a break during the day. The coffee is amazing, and Agata does a fantastic job here – she's very pleasant to chat with and helps me choose. I'll definitely come back :) I recommend it.
The coffee is okay for a chain. Coupons from the Costa or Hm app are a bonus, though things used to be better. The cakes are good (not too sweet). The salty snacks are quite average, although there are some good options, like toast. A plus for the variety of options (meat, veggie, vegan). 🥪🌱
☕️ Generally, if you go for something, it's the seasonal offers or flavored coffees, although they're very sweet. The classic offerings are pretty average. If I must recommend it, it's the flat white.
Flavored coffees to recommend:
Less sweet -> Viva Vanilla, Chai Latte (both versions).
More sweet -> Carmel Macchiato, Toffee Cake Latte, Gingerbread Latte, Applecake Latte, Pistacchio Latte.
🫖 Teas are a gamble. The seasonal ones are either quite tasty or not quite right. The standard teas are nothing special.
Service has improved in recent years. There are fewer ordering errors now. Cashiers are much more interested in customers. ✨️
The atmosphere is okay. There are plenty of comfortable chairs inside and out, but there aren't enough for the demand.
The downside, unfortunately, is that it's usually very crowded and you might not find a place to sit, and the line can be long.
The place is generally not very well-maintained. There are some dirty tables and chairs that aren't cleaned after customers very often. This correlates with the crowds.
For a Costa, the place is a bit below average, but it's not bad.
I bought macha at the Forum Gallery in Gdańsk and I have something to share. Regarding the service, the person at the register was terribly absent-minded. The lady at the register didn't ask if it was to go or eat in. I got it, but the staff didn't call me. Mmm, strange. Regarding the macha, the lady didn't add vanilla syrup, and the macha tasted like fish/grass. The macha was lumpy, and the drink didn't taste good. For the price of 28 złoty, I'd rather go to another cafe. I don't recommend it. 🙁
Costa Coffee in Forum Gdańsk has a nice atmosphere and good coffee. But with larger crowds, it can be difficult to find a seat. When I was there, there was a huge queue, all the tables were taken, and one person sat on his laptop for a long time, leaving others waiting for a seat. Other than that, it's pretty cool.
Outrageous behavior from the staff. I truly understand that you have to clean up at the end of the day, but the lady who cleaned today outdid herself. I can't imagine sitting at a table in a café and moving my legs because she just said she'd sweep under my table. Furthermore, the staff's constant chatter and laughter prevent me from focusing on my work. I definitely don't recommend this place.
The barista is incredibly slow, constantly talking to her colleague. There aren't many people in the cafe, and the wait time for a coffee is about 10 minutes. The barista has red hair.
Mikołaj is a very polite and professional employee. He always serves customers with a smile and creates a pleasant atmosphere in the café. It's clear he approaches his work with dedication and cares about the comfort of his guests. It's people like him who make us want to come back! 🙂 Costa Coffee Gdańsk forum
