Costa Coffee

The cake is absolutely unbeatable, because it is very dry around the edge and has a terrible smell and taste. It is absolutely unacceptable for Costa Coffee standards. But coffee was good.

Unfortunately, Waiter was extremely rude and impolite. I don't know the name, he was thin with dark wavy hair. He refused to change my coffee, however, coffee was cold and awful. It was roasted like in hell So never come here again.

Very nice and tasty coffee, made by people who know how to make it, with a perfect balance of foam and milk. I've been to several Costa Coffees in Gdańsk and I have to say this one is the best. Thank you, best regards ☕️

The coffee itself, as always, was excellent, delicious, and maintained a high standard, which I give a big thumbs up for. Unfortunately, my last visit wasn't as good. Due to the restaurant's higher capacity, the staff was rather inept and got the order numbers mixed up, which meant I had to wait a long time. Furthermore, there was a lack of basic courtesy – no one even said "good morning." Upon greeting, I heard the staff ask, "Can you serve me?" Although it was possible to find a table, many of the seats were occupied by people working on their laptops for extended periods, which could have limited space for other guests.

What a disaster, I regret not checking the reviews. We take our coffee to go and receive hot water the color of a puddle outside our apartment building, with a delicate taste of coffee and cardboard. During the communist era, it was customary to pour the coffee grounds back over the coffee, obtaining exactly the same liquid served here. The cookies might be nice, but if you order something flavored, they'll overwhelm you with flavors so much that you won't even taste the coffee... I highly recommend this place. It tastes better even at Żałka.

The service is disrespectful to the customer. Furthermore, the advertised "Gingerbread Latte" is coffee without the gingerbread.

The place in the Morena Shopping Center is nice; the coffee, drinks, snacks, and sweets are delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. Costa coupons? Most of them are impossible to redeem. Every time, the pastry is the wrong one, the cake is the wrong one, it's a bit strange. Apparently, this is the company's current policy, and it's been going on for a long time. Cleanliness? OK. Atmosphere. The place is a bit out of the ordinary, but not bad. I recommend it.

Good location – always on the way. Service is generally okay. But the coffee is never great. This time it was even worse, because I took a dopio and after the first sip, I burned my tongue and entire mouth. It shouldn't be like this… the coffee was too hot; there were no creams; the dopio itself was very watery.

I recently visited this café with my fiancé and ordered two coffees each: a pumpkin latte and a maplenut latte. Both were delicious, though a bit too strong for my taste, even though I asked for a lighter version. We also chose two slices of cheesecake – a pistachio one and a Lotus cake one. Both were fresh and truly delicious.

We visited after 9:00 AM, so the place was sparsely populated. With such an intimate space and two baristas on shift, I wonder if it wouldn't be more convenient if coffee were served directly to the table instead of using pagers.

For two coffees and two slices of cake, we paid just over 80 złoty – quite a lot, although this price range seems to be the norm these days.

I received a cake with mold - unacceptable and very risky.

Costa Coffee at Galeria Morena in Gdańsk is the perfect place to relax while shopping. Located in the center of the mall, it's easily accessible. The selection of drinks and snacks is satisfying. The space is cozy, and the comfortable seating allows you to enjoy the pleasant atmosphere. It's a great place to meet friends or just relax.

High prices, and therefore high expectations, unfortunately not met. The medium Americano coffee without milk was rather weak, too mild in my opinion. The promotional coffee, Frostino Double Chocolate, for PLN 19.90 was okay, tasty, and less sweet than expected (a plus), but I don't really understand why I pay so much. Comfortable armchairs and a book stand are pluses. A major drawback is the lack of isolation between the cafe and the gallery – I'd like to drink my coffee away from the mall's chaos and noise, which would be provided by glass walls, for example.

Terrible service! My slice of cake sat at the register for 10 minutes while all the customers coughed and sneezed on it. On top of that, there was a fly on my slice. I pointed this out to the staff, and instead of apologizing and exchanging it for another slice, the teenager barista started talking to me in a terribly unpleasant manner. He said the lady was having a bad day, etc. He laughed at me. He said he wasn't responsible for the fly.

If teenagers don't know hygiene, their superiors should teach them! And teach them how to communicate with customers. A person like this guy shouldn't work in the restaurant industry. He should be fired!

The service is absolutely terrible. One person ahead of me and I've been waiting 20 minutes for a stupid coffee.

The coffee was delicious as always! The pistachio cheesecake was also delicious! The staff is a bit confused, giving orders without regard to whoever is coming, but it can happen to anyone. No complaints. I recommend it!

Unfortunately, the service at the aforementioned Costa leaves much to be desired – though not every employee, as evidenced today.

The gentleman on shift around 1 p.m. was unfamiliar with how gift cards work, quite rude, and showed no inclination to help. The colleague replied that he didn't know either and dismissed the matter. Ultimately, the gentleman only charged the coffee from the card (leaving funds on it that couldn't be used because it turned out the card was only valid for one use) and asked me to pay extra for the cake. He didn't see anything wrong with his behavior and denied his mistake. Very dishonest and rude behavior. It seems the example is coming from above – the manager's behavior in this matter allows for the above.

The next shift, however, was very nice and helpful.

I agree with the previous review – I've had the exact same experience. The delivery option is hopeless, where they throw away most of the order – they don't give you advance notice, and you only get one item instead of five for everyone. Without notice, the cost of canceling the order is the same as the item being delivered. Zero contact. Truly a nightmare. This has happened to me again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. In the comments – we're improving and responding. But how?? There's no improvement, and I'm furious – because instead of a meal for a few people, I'm left with just one item and a bunch of hungry people – after an hour's wait and no contact, even to give you advance notice or change the order. I absolutely don't recommend it!

One of my favorite cafes, and today - on a Tuesday evening - the team behind the bar was flawless, ultra-friendly, my raspberry matcha latte on oatmeal was PHENOMENAL and they didn't forget the raspberries, as has happened in others 😅 nice people, good matcha (coffee too!!), I recommend it for a moment of relaxation on a busy day.

A 15 złoty sandwich. Dry bun, with a few kernels of corn and a micro cucumber. This is a joke. The quality has dropped dramatically in recent months.

It looks like the lemon has been in the fridge for three days.

Micro scoops of ice cream for PLN 4.50 were a surprise for me as a customer and for the child who received a substitute for dessert.

We were frequent visitors to Costa. Unfortunately, for about three months, the coffee has gone bad. It's not the same anymore. Either the staff is new, they don't know how to make it, or the quality has simply dropped. It's a shame.

Very friendly service, and Natalia helped me set up the app, so I took advantage of a great promotion: coffee and cake at a great price. Nice place, I'll definitely be back! 😊

I wanted to order a coffee. The young woman behind the register was probably serving her colleague, as she radiated joy. Then, with a sour expression, she asked, "Please?" I asked for a black coffee, and she said, "We'll open in three minutes." Congratulations on your customer service.

The coffee wasn't great at all, and it was cold. But the girl at the checkout was wonderful. The atmosphere was also so-so, but it couldn't be better on a small island in the middle of a shopping center.

Friendly service, though I'd honestly say I've seen better. The coffee was okay, like at any Costa. I've had better, but also much worse. I know Costa's is always good enough to tempt me. The area is a bit busy, so I don't know if I could concentrate on work in such a place.

The coffee is disgusting! It's like they mixed water with charcoal! There's no service at all! The girls are unfriendly and unwelcoming! We ordered two identical pieces of cake: one was fresh, the other was like the day before yesterday!

Delicious coffee, tasty sweets, and friendly service! The breakfast and lunch menu is also worth noting, and includes vegetarian options. The only downside is the location... guests are forced to sit in the aisle. It's a shame the cafe isn't located in a separate building! Nevertheless, I highly recommend it!

Gdańsk Morena Costa Coffee 14/08/2024 My husband and I ordered two coffees yesterday. My husband's glass wasn't clean—it had red lipstick residue. I don't recommend it!

My husband and I were there on Friday and were met with stale cake, unsmiling service, and watered-down coffee. Brrr

The coffee is delicious, as usual at Costa.
But the heart of this place is the service.
We left very satisfied.

I recommend it.

How can a corporate coffee shop that sells decaf coffee in bags on-site not offer decaf coffee among its beverage options?

I'm utterly baffled. In this day and age, that's unacceptable.

I ordered two iced lattes. The cashier filled the counter with more expensive coffees, which I had to exchange for the ones I ordered. I wasn't offered a refund for the difference. I don't recommend it.

The service is so-so, we ordered 2 identical coffees, waited 40 minutes, it turned out that in one glass there was 50 ml. of coffee and the rest was foam, it tasted like something. In short, in the market in Haivoron, coffee is tastier, cheaper and much faster

A superbly located location. The quality of the coffees and snacks offered is consistent with the chain's standards. Unfortunately, the location was once again staffed by a single, friendly lady. Unfortunately, the sheer volume of orders prevented smooth order fulfillment.

I wanted to buy a tube of cream but it turned out that it was intended for sale the next day and they will be sold fresh. Congratulations on your ingenuity in maturing the filling. I highly recommend the second-class filling.

Generally, if I order a camembert sandwich and it also contains mushrooms and peppers, I consider this fact worth noting.

The coffee is very good, but the wait time is incredibly long EVERY TIME. Unacceptably long. For one coffee, it took 7 minutes with practically no traffic. Disqualifying.

A place for a quick coffee or a small snack, but not for longer chats, as it is located in the lobby of a hypermarket and has little atmosphere.

Probably the worst place in Tricity. Twice I've had stale food that ended up making me sick 🤮
