This place is probably the best coffee place in the whole Bucharest, and trust me, i've been to many places. The atmosphere is just lovely, a very good energy, perfect for working or catching up with a friend. The art gallery is a big plus, really makes you feel like you are not in Bucharest. The coffee was fantastic, prices so good for thr center and the staff ULTRA friendly. I soilled my coffee and they gave me a free one, how how nice!!!!

The ambiance of the place is pleasant and they have outlets if you want to do some work on a laptop, but that's about it. Ordered at the bar and it took around 30 minutes to get 2 lemonades delivered to our table, at a time when the place was not super busy. The wait aside, the lemonades were so unbearably sour i felt my tooth enamel being dissolved with each sip!
The pricing was pretty fair for the location, but another issue is that bills can only be paid at the end, not as you order, and can only be paid by table. This is counterintuitive as you have to wait in line to order at the bar each time and then wait in line again (with everyone waiting to order) just to pay.

I used to really enjoy coming to Forma, as it was once one of my favorite places. A few years ago, the drinks were excellent, and the staff made every visit a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, my recent visits haven’t lived up to those past experiences.
The drinks no longer have the same quality they once did, and the service has noticeably declined. For example, when we asked if a table for two was available, the staff member simply said, “I don’t know, check yourself,” and walked away. So we had to take a table and chairs and carry them outside.
I also think the current payment options aren’t ok. Customers are asked to pay either in cash or via Revolut transfer, as the POS system is reportedly not working. Not being able to use standard cards such as Visa feels limiting and inconvenient for guests.
In addition, the space itself seems unchanged since the beginning. There haven’t been any noticeable updates or investments, and this shows. The chairs are uncomfortable, and some of the tables are placed so close to the street that it feels unsafe, as if a passing car could almost hit you.
It saddens me to see this decline, because Forma used to serve the best Hugo and was truly a standout spot. I sincerely hope improvements will be made so it can return to being the welcoming, high-quality place it once was.

Super leuke koffie plek. Je kan er ook prima werken met je laptop. Aanrader om naar toe te gaan.

Worst experience i have ever had ordering drinks. Those working there seem always so upset when we order Campari Orange and that's because they are not in the mood to prepare it. They rather make teas and serve beer. I only come here for Campari Orange and until now it was just unpleasant faces that i could ignore but now they just don't even bother to make Campari they said " we don't have it anymore"., Again with an angry face.

A lovely cafe where you can spend hours, reading, working and relaxing. Probably the best place in town.
