While part of a global chain, this branch of Cafe Nero is very cosy and welcoming. Its coffees are good and it offers the standard fare of snacks, sweet treats and refreshments. The best part is the staff, who are very helpful, professional, and kind.
A cozy café with excellent coffee, delicious cakes, and very friendly service. We really enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend this place.
Great addition to the city. Lovely atmosphere, great cake and, of course… coffee
Cozy place with nice desserts and quiet atmosphere.
It is a very good Cafe they have good food, good cake. It is a very good place to go with your laptop and work!
Very tasty 😋☕ coffee,nature taste.🎈🎈🎈🎈🌹🌹🌹🥰🥰🥰 Thank you so much ♥️ Martiana 🎉🎉🎉
This was my first time opening at this location, and unfortunately, I'm very disappointed. The organization itself is a complete disaster.
Good coffee, expensive
A pleasant spot on the map of Gdynia. A cereal coffee, a cake, and a comfortable armchair. Pleasant music in the background. Everything you need to relax for a while ☺️
While waiting for the R bus, I entered Cafe Nero. I bought a coffee and a plum-stuffed croissant (delicious) and went upstairs. I was hooked 🤣. The interior is beautifully decorated in an eclectic style. There are various tables and armchairs, and a modern counter with seats by the window. There's also a library full of interesting books. You can grab a quick coffee on the ground floor, or meet up with family or friends at the tables for a few people. You can also go upstairs and sit in a comfortable chair, read a book, or just enjoy the beauty of the place, doing nothing. You can also sit at the wooden counter that runs along the large windows and watch the city life from above. Two R buses left, and I was still sitting upstairs with my coffee and croissant (now only half my coffee; the croissant was gone 🤣). I recommend this place for a quick coffee and a longer stay. I've been to many Cafe Nero locations, mainly in the UK, but few have had the same atmosphere and beautiful interior design as our café in Gdynia. I'll be back. And the restroom. Very nice, clean, and fragrant (still). I hope it stays that way!
A very pleasantly decorated place. Even though it's in a shopping mall, Nero feels like a separate café, offering a relaxing break from shopping. The coffee is delicious – as usual at this chain.
A charming place. Comfortable seats. Background music. It's still relatively quiet in the morning, so you can easily grab a coffee and a snack. The coffee is delicious. Unfortunately, the croissant isn't as good. It's a long way from fresh. 😞 However, the service is incredibly friendly. The young man is very friendly and professional. Great. 👍
Going out with a girlfriend or boyfriend – I wouldn't recommend it, lacking intimacy. For a quick coffee and cake while waiting for the bus – absolutely. I don't know why so many people are sitting at their computers and kids are doing their homework, blocking the seats and the spectacular view. But who cares? There's no table service 😔
I ordered through Uber Eats today, and I regret it because the staff decided to make a joke about my order and put a dried-out piece of Karpatka cheese in a box for 19.90 PLN. I wonder if they would have wanted to get one for 20 PLN themselves. It's a complete lack of respect for the customer. I wonder if they'd have the courage to serve a guest such a cake if they ordered it at a restaurant. Embarrassing.
The service was amazing :)💖 Delicious coffee, super quiet and peaceful with soft music... In short, the atmosphere was perfect. I'll definitely be back with my boyfriend :DD
Caffè Nero is one of those cafes that proves that good coffee is just the beginning.
Professional service, but without that artificial "service-like" courtesy. There's attentiveness, culture, and—what I especially appreciate—remembering the customer. After a few visits, the staff already knows your most frequent choices. It might seem like a small detail, but it's precisely these kinds of details that make a good experience. It's nice to be remembered, instead of just another order number.
The coffee? A wide selection, beautifully served, and truly very good. And then there's the interior—spacious, two-story, comfortable, with panoramic windows through which you can admire the Gdynia cityscape. You can sit with your coffee, look out the window, and simply be immersed in your own world for a moment.
I like places that don't have to shout to make a good impression. Caffè Nero is just that.
I have my favorite spots in Gdynia, and this one is definitely in my personal top 3. ☕️
I visited Green Caffè Nero - Władysława IV in Gdynia, and the place really makes a great impression. The atmosphere is calm, perfect for both working on a laptop and catching up with friends. The interior is cozy, with comfortable armchairs and plenty of natural light.
The coffee is very good – aromatic, well-balanced, and presented aesthetically. It's clear the barista knows her stuff. There are also fresh pastries and snacks, perfect for an afternoon break.
The service is polite, smiling, and efficient, even when it's busier. The central location makes it a great spot for a quick business meeting or a quick break during the day.
Definitely a place you want to return to. ☕✨
I can't comment on the service on site because I always order to go. As for the food, I highly recommend the baguettes. I had the beef and horseradish one, and the second version with truffle pâté and fig jam. In my opinion, it's the best savory option for breakfast/lunch. The ingredients are high-quality, you'll be full, and the price isn't bad by today's standards. The coffee is also very good; it always arrives well-packaged and warm. I recommend it :)
I ordered matcha ice sakura. They poured the matcha from a plastic sauce container, which makes me doubt it was even matcha and not flavored syrup. Judging by the taste, even if it was, it would have been sanban. As for the sakura flavor, it simply tasted of cherry. When I asked the lady behind the counter, she said it was cherry syrup. When I pointed out that sakura, when it has fruit, is a delicacy for birds, the lady changed her story to say they use two syrups: one cherry, the other sakura. I don't recommend it. When I bought the sakura-flavored product, I wanted it with that flavor, not cherry. Fortunately, I like cherries, but that doesn't change the fact that I'm disappointed.
EDIT: I went back there today to give them a second thought. The same lady served me, and I didn't ask her any more specific questions. I ordered the same thing, but this time I specifically asked for the matcha syrup. Unfortunately, the matcha has such a strong flavor that it overpowered the syrup's flavor, making it barely noticeable. However, this time, the drink wasn't dominated by the cherry. One more pump of syrup and it would have been perfect. However, this time, it was clearly noticeable that the matcha was of poor quality. But it is indeed matcha, not syrup.
A very nice location. Delicious coffee. However, the staff could benefit from customer service training. They made a mistake and made takeaway coffee instead of in-house. There are no gluten-free cake options (even packaged brownies). Perhaps it's time to consider partnering with one of the few Polish companies producing gluten-free cookies and cupcakes.
When choosing a seat outside... you have to carry out the delicious coffees you ordered yourself ☕️
Other than that, it's okay
I always went to Green Caffe Nero in Warsaw, and it was my favorite! The location in Gdynia is great, and the place itself is very nice, but the service is not very friendly—they're absent or even curt.
The coffees are delicious, as always at Green Caffe Nero, and the sandwiches are wonderful. Unfortunately, all the cakes I've tried are disgusting—I've already left three on my plate, and that cinnamon roll was the same :-( unfortunately.
Nevertheless, I recommend this place, but it's better to avoid cakes and sweets and get sandwiches instead, because they're amazing! And the place itself is beautiful! :)
The lovely Mr. Dawid made me a wonderful cup of coffee today. I love it when people love what they do. He told me about the beans and helped me choose the right variety. I highly recommend this place.
Today – Monday, June 29th, afternoon shift – I received wonderful service 🤗 Both the man and woman on shift were smiling and very helpful, despite what must have been a tough day.
I hope this reaches your boss or their superiors. They're great people, and the coffee you made me was divine! With oat milk and peanuts. I'll be back, as I've become accustomed to :))
Thank you for everything 🥳
Good coffee and tasty food. The place is warm and pleasant. It's relatively quiet, making it perfect for a chat or studying/working. It's a pleasant place with a view of the city center and construction sites.
Good coffee. Normal service. Good place for morning coffee.
Café Nero is an expensive Starbucks-style chain. Nothing stands out about Nero except for its high prices and small slices of cake. Everything here is the same as everywhere else. I like Nero's decor, but the code-controlled bathroom and its dingy appearance betray the nature of this place. The coffee is good, but simply overpriced. I don't like such places and avoid them. If I find something interesting in the area, I'll definitely share the information.
I've always loved spending time in cozy cafes like this while traveling, and now I have my favorite spot right at my fingertips. It's a fantastic feeling!
Today is opening day, and I see I'm not the only one excited – the second floor is packed! The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is simply fantastic. I already know I'll be a frequent visitor here. I recommend it to everyone!
A relaxing place, and also good. I recently had iced Matcha with Sakura, which was very tasty. The atmosphere was more cozy and like a library. The service was friendly, and they processed orders very quickly.
The best coffee and cakes, nowhere else serves coffee as good as Green Caffe Nero, regardless of the city!
I saw I could leave a review, so I did, because the q—r code was visible. Nice cafe, coffees are a bit pricey, and cakes are very tasty. The lady was probably unhappy today, but when I came back for the second time, the blond man helped me choose a beetroot and almond baguette, smiled from ear to ear, and wished me bon appétit, so much so that I even slipped in a tip :) I'll definitely be back, thank you.
I visited Green Caffè Nero in Gdynia for the first time, and I'm delighted! The interior is very atmospheric and the cherry tart is delicious. The biggest compliment, however, goes to the staff. Mrs. Aurelia, who served me, is incredibly kind and creates a wonderful atmosphere. Five stars, I will definitely be back!
A great place for coffee and a moment of relaxation. I recently dropped in by chance and was pleasantly surprised – the coffee is really good, and the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed. The staff deserves special mention – Dawid was very polite, smiling, and helpful. It's clear he cares about his customers and knows how to create a pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely be back!
Very friendly service. Most cafes (except those in shopping malls) have a nice atmosphere. I like this place.
The short lady with blonde hair and a T-shirt with the word "maestro" written on it was an absolute disaster. The coffee and pastries were delicious, but because of the atmosphere this lady creates, I won't be coming back here again.
Everything was perfect. Delicious food, delicious coffee, and incredibly friendly service. Zuzia always brightens my day with her warmth and beautiful smile.
The visit wasn't pleasant. It was in the afternoon after 4 p.m. The short woman in the Maestro T-shirt seemed displeased with my presence, as if I were demanding too much by asking for a simple latte. She looked at me judgmentally and made me very uncomfortable.
Delicious coffee and a great atmosphere - I recommend it! :)
Beautiful interior, great background music, and friendly baristas. A place that will definitely find a place on the Gdynia map.
Delicious coffee, very tasty turkey sandwich, excellent bread. The sandwich seems large and filling, but it's completely different. I ate it with relish.
One of the best cafes in Gdynia! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially barista Natalia, who brightened my day with her smile. Thank you! :)
My mother and her friends recently dropped by on a Friday afternoon. She was very happy with her stay, so I'm writing this review on her behalf – a huge thank you for such a warm welcome and the delicious coffee and tea – all brought to their table upstairs by a kind gentleman ;)
They'd love to come back again – it's a shame you can't make reservations :(
A small Americano looks and tastes like warm water from a rinsed coffee mug. It's perfect for drinking with an extra espresso 🤦♂️
Overall, the only positive thing about this place is the decor, which is quite pleasant. The value for money is terrible. For almost 30 złoty, you can get a very small drink, which left much to be desired. The service was a plus, as they were polite and helpful. At this price, you'd expect a craft brew, not some chain. I rate my overall experience here a 5 out of 10. If I had to choose, I definitely wouldn't go there again.
The guy who served us was very rude and seemed to have a problem with working there and even taking orders. We didn't hear a "please" or "thank you"; the conversation felt like we were talking to a brick wall.
Additional customer service training would be helpful here, as on both of our visits (2/2) we felt the staff didn't know how to behave in various situations, which falls significantly short of GCN standards.
Mrs. Magdalena,
Thank you for the delicious, artistically served coffee 👌♥️
P.S. The Karpatka is amazing.
A very good lemon tart, balanced in flavor, goes perfectly with the meringue. On Thursday, I was greeted by very friendly service – two gentlemen – smiling and served coffee with a pretty pattern, just like them. Great place and great service; I'll be back more often. Cezary
I recommend this place for the atmosphere and the staff, who always advise what to choose :) very good cakes and baguettes
A very nice start to the day with coffee.
I'd especially like to thank Zuzia, who has a fantastic approach to clients, is kind, warm, and completely professional. ❤️
