Johan & Nyström - Swedenborgsgatan

Really a great spot for coffee! Johan & Nyström has been around for years, and was for a long time the best coffee in town. It may indeed still be, with a wide variety of brewing methods from which to choose, a bunch of different beans to purchase, and ample seating indoor and out for those who want to get some work done. wifi is fast and the staff are very friendly.

Great coffee and pastries and tons of outdoor seating. It's a stone's throw from Mariatorget station. Free wifi is a bonus! Card payment only.

Very good coffee and tea. Also an excellent range of tea and coffee to buy for home use. Usually good service but I have on several occasions been received with arrogant behaviour and snide remarks when for example asking for milk in the coffee (since, apparently you are not supposed to drunk coffee with milk). Most of the times they are nice though. Good wifi so well!

Cappuccino was not only beautiful, there was lots of great espresso in there as well. The sandwich was okay. Looking forward to coming here again - mostly for the coffee. Great to sit 'upstairs' (you kinda need to climb up there!) - especially since the wifi seems to work just fine; I could definitely get some work done here. Just be sure to use a vpn tunnel in case you do anything even remotely sensitive through an open wifi connection!

Best caffe for a fika and some snacks (from healthy avocado bred, over grilled cheese sandwiches to classic paint au chocolates).
Good wifi for studying/ working.

Very cool coffeeshop with fast wifi and delicious goods.

No big selection for breakfast if you prefer savoury, only an ham and cheese small sandwich. No eggs, no toast.
I liked the open air bakery part because you can see people working.
Prices are very high for the offer.

Toppen! Bra mackor och kaffe (finns koffeinfritt med), ok mängd sittplatser och trevligt ställe att sitta och jobba en stund med datorn (finns wifi). Bakverken såg fina ut, men testar dem nästa gång!

Good spot for a coffee that’s outside of the main busy areas of Stockholm. Very relaxed atmosphere, few locals working on laptops.

Only downside for us was the lack of vegan food, a couple raw sweet treats, that’s it.

This place just overdid it with “hipster”. A great place if you want to order one cup of coffee and sit there forever to type away on your laptop. But if you want to enjoy breakfast or brunch, I do not recommend. Tiny plates, tiny tables, tiny chairs. I felt like I am at my niece’s barby tea party 😂 super uncomfortable

食物好吃 + 新鮮！手沖咖啡很專業，店員都很友善親切，氛圍舒適。一個人或一群人都超適合，有wifi跟插座。

Wide selection of coffee, u can even get Ethiopian feet drip coffee.
Perfect working place.

Their coffee is without doubt among the best in all of Stockholm, along with Drop Coffee around the corner. It's not as comfortable for working as the latter with its dedicated laptop/freelancer room, though. The upstairs area behind the bar is unfortunately quite stuffy and the furniture is, while stylish, not the most comfortable. But it's nice and relaxed for shorter visits, kind and helpful staff. For longer stays I'd rather recommend the J&N on Hantverkargatan near stadshuset. My favorite used to be the one in the city center near Stureplan, but unfortunately it closed for good due to the pandemic.
