I had a wonderful experience here. The coffee was truly excellent. rich, flavorful, and well prepared.

The building itself has a lot of style and character, creating a warm and pleasant ambiance that makes. There are also plenty of comfortable seating options, making it a great place to relax

I happened to see this place and decided to stop by to clear some work. I really liked the vibe, and the staff were friendly and didn’t mind me staying and working for a few hours.

Best place on earth! You can unwind, read a book or have a nice chat. The staff is super nice and accommodating. The coffee is varied and always delicious, the cakes are amazing!

It was very cold inside and the chairs were uncomfortable. On the bright side one can find interesting options on the menu, like "golden milk". The staff members were very kind and polite.

Beautiful place and really nice atmosphere. However I cannot say this about the host. I am not the kind of person who expects the world around me to speak my language. The host made it very clear from the beginning that I wasn't welcome, telling me right into my face after polish friends informed him that I don't speak polish, that he doesn't speak English. My friends had to order for me since he didn't communicate with me at all! Poor attitude for someone upholding a cultural space as this one. Being a person of colour this was a really excluding experience for me.

Visited last week. Good service. Nice place, good deco, little arty. Prices ok. Visited again Monday this week. Different person serving. Service outrages. Could not be bothered. We felt like we have been disturbing them while they were sitting and chatting at the table. There was no other customers in there- now I know why!! - but somebody sleeping in the corner??!!.. Such a shame. We were there at around 6pm opening hours are till 8pm. Thought we found a nice place to chill in Wrzeszcz but will not be visiting again.

Coffee was good and atmosphere was calm. Cafe seems to be focused on being co-working space. I regret the fact that brownie is the only cake available, it could use wider selection of desserts.

Colony is my safe space, my home – a place where I've forged great and long-lasting friendships that have helped me grow as an artist while also allowing me to relish every single moment of togetherness. Colony is also a source of inspiration for me; every week, there are new events such as concerts, releases in the black room (audial gallery space), or other gigs that align with my aesthetic, providing direction for further exploration in the fields of noise, ambient, drone, and other electronic genres.

Feeling a deep connection with this space, I am personally moved by comments accusing Colony of any form of discrimination. I have visited this place with people of all shades of skin color, from across the LGBTQIA spectrum, and other minority groups, and we were always treated with respect. Initially, I used to come to Colony alone, and during those hours of solitude, this space served as my comfort zone.

It is a place that respects every human being—a kind, warm space.

Extraordinary place visited by wonderful People, exhibiting emerging Artists, serving delicious coffee, proposing variety of happenings, including concerts. Worth visiting for both fun but work too.
Methinks it's my favourite location in Gdańsk-Wrzeszcz.

BTW. You may not knowing the building and the terrace itself is a part of the protected very rare urban project of GDM (Grunwaldzka Dzielnica Mieszkaniowa - Grunwaldzka Residential District) built according to the 40/50's architectural style of the Real Socialism.

One of the best coffees in Gdańsk - not only the quality, but also the texture of espresso is amazing :) and I love the atmosphere there and the music as well!

Beautiful cafe, great atmosphere, and very good coffee! The only reason I dropped a star is the price. A very small glass of cold brew now costs 20 PLN. I know it's the times, but I think you can find slightly lower prices in many cafes. Other than that, I have nothing to complain about!

On Friday, September 4, 2026, the place closed completely. For a place that advertises itself as a co-working space, and even has "work" in its name, this is a rather absurd situation. I simply wanted to come and work on a regular workday, but when I arrived, the door was locked and there was no information. If the place isn't open during regular business hours, it's worth at least clearly communicating the current opening days and hours so people don't drive here for nothing. A very disappointing experience.

Edit: Thank you for your reply. I arrived at the place at 10:15, not after 4:00 PM. I waited until 10:45 AM and then left without waiting for it to open.

The ascetic design is a bit communist-era, but the atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxed. Delicious cake and great coffee.

That's a hit! The most delicious, soft, nutty espresso coffee and great fruity specialty drip options. The most beautiful baristas and a unique selection of background music.

A very interesting place, unlike any other café I've ever visited. It's quiet inside, perfect for studying, working, or just chatting. You could pair your coffee with tonic water—both the classic and the elderflower ones were good. The cake was also good, though the beer foam isn't my favorite 😋

An incredibly atmospheric place, surrounded by music and wonderful culture. Delicious drinks and home-made cakes await you there (different treats every day). Sometimes you can find interesting events there, which only adds to the cafe's charm.

I'm thrilled! The atmosphere in this place is 10/10. The coffee was delicious. The barista was very friendly :) I think you can buy a lot of interesting items from local artists there. I wholeheartedly recommend it and would kill for access to the playlist that was playing the day I visited! 🌸❣️

I come here often, so I thought I'd leave a review. It's a distinctive place with a unique atmosphere and a great location. The service is always friendly and polite, and the coffee is good. A good place to study.

Unfortunately, I have to write a bad review. The food was good. The cheesecake was amazing, and the matcha was okay, but the wait... After ordering a matcha latte, I decided to order the cheesecake as well, but be warned, the wait was 20 minutes. The barista was very slow. She wasn't exactly busy. She's a barista herself, and slicing a cheesecake doesn't take that long. But unfortunately, that wasn't all. At one point, someone called to reserve a table, and the barista approached us and asked if we could leave the table until a specific time or move. That's not how it works... Unfortunately, you have to talk to the staff, because the decor and atmosphere are great.

A great cafe in Gdańsk! Ola is incredibly friendly, always smiling, and makes you want to come back. The matcha was perfect, one of the best I've ever had. I'll definitely be back!

A great place to sit and chat or work/study. Plenty of seats with access to laptops and other contacts. It's also worth installing Shazam on your phone because they play a lot of good music. Tea is served in a jug, which is convenient for longer sessions. I didn't try the food, so I can't rate it.
