Ordered iced matcha latte on the go. Half the cup was only filled with foam. Its like i got the smallest size for the highest price. Unacceptable.

I didn't like that they made me the wrong drink I asked for. I ordered dragon fruit with lemonade without ice. the barista decided on his own and gave me water (without asking) because I asked without ice. the drink was not tasty, which I told the barista. she was just silent. I was not offered to process the drink.

at 11/11/2024 i bought coffee from there. there was a cashier guy, i didnt understand what he said because his english accent was bad and he disrespected me because i didnt understand what he said and he was really mean.your workers needs to be kinder to the costumers.

So many flies in this place! They're everywhere! 😰 Like 3 or 4 where trying to sit on our coffee cups during each time we've stayed there. One time we were here with friends, chatting and the fly died in a coffee cup!! It's insane!! Why don't you use anything to minimise the amount of flies at least? It is unsanitary! Today there were also standing two trays with fresh croissants on a barista table and the flies where freely going all over them! This is disgusting!! 🤢🤬 Worst Starbucks ever!

I understand that espresso requires less time to make than cappuccino, but a lot of people ordered after me received their orders before. Not fair.

I ordered chai latte from Starbucks and it didn’t taste it look anything like chai or latte. It was just some spices mixed in hot water. Is chai latte all over Starbucks Like this? If I had a chance to put no stars, I would have done that.

Just an average Starbucks and I’ve been to many. This particular one lacks any sort of atmosphere and feels more like a waiting hall than a cafe. There is a nicer one down the corridor in the same shopping mall.

I love to have a mug of pkke in Starbucks. It's nice place to sit before and after shopping. But, in weekends it gets hard to get filter coffee. The venue is a bit dark
