The staff had a very bad attitude. They didn’t even ask whether I wanted the drink hot or iced. When I confirmed that I wanted it iced, they showed their annoyance openly. I ordered an iced matcha, but they made it hot instead. Very disappointing. Terrible service.

Well, it was unusual case. We visited this place on the weekends. I ordered couple of sets with coffee, dessert and bagel and paid with using Starbucks app to collect the points for rewards. We are sitting at the "outdoor area" (nice one). We almost finished coffee and gone but cashier came to us with phrase "Sorry, but I need to review you bill, probably you paid extra price". So, after a couple of minutes cashier gave me back ~ 27% of my receipt for the 2 sets with coffee. It was really unusual. He remembered me as a customer and checked my order. I really appreciate honesty of this guy. Thx, man! You did my day!

We’ve got americano and caramel macciato. Didn’t really feel the taste of coffee which was a bad surprise.
Disappointed with a visit to this Starbucks place.

My favorite Starbucks ❤️ All the staff is amazing 😊 Wictor, Sara, Oliwa, Gabby, Marcelina, Wiki, Iga, Agusia, Ophelia all amazing people (I'm sure I'm forgetting someone)🤠 I look forward to seeing all the staff at this location 🥹 Very friendly people and treat everyone well. Sometimes I'm there it's very busy and they all operate very well together.

Iced vanilla late was good, Matcha - not that much. Staff is nice, prices are quite high though

Nice new cafe building with large windows and modern design. Tables and chairs look nice more than they are comforable. Waiters are kind. Coffee is a bit expensive, 15 PLN for medium americano, but tastes well. The cleaning of tables between customers was almost non-existing - they just remove the cups.

Its quite central. I had coffee and a vegan croissant 🥐. It was made by orange, it was too sweet for me.
The view of this starbucks is great out. wifi is fast.

We also had a bagel, which was fresh and tasty—a perfect light snack to go with our drinks. The staff was friendly and quick, making our visit even better.

The cozy atmosphere was inviting, providing a nice spot to relax for a bit. Overall, it was a great stop for coffee and a snack, and we’ll definitely be back for more!

I have ordered the caramel frappuccino and the egg bagel, the food was freshly made using high quality ingredients. The staff was very friendly and polite. The tables were clean and the atmosphere in this Starbucks was astounding! One of my best experiences in Starbucks Coffee so far!

Ordered a large Latte and requested it to be extra hot without foam. It could have been hotter and also it was not filled to the top of the mug, about 1 inch under. I would have liked a full mug and it made very hot. Ambience is great and I felt relaxed and safe doing my work on a table. Seating is comfy.

Don’t expect to find the usual Starbucks seating design. This cafe has a more ‘clean’ look to it. Perhaps the chairs are designed the way they are designed to prevent you from spending more than 1hr there? 🤷🏻‍♀️💡

Always good service on the several ocassions I have been there. Nice atmosphere too! Food great, Starbucks coffee, hard to go past.

I'm here now. It's a beautiful friday in Gdańsk, and I've just consumed my savoury Croissant Italiano. A medium-sized signature Americano is keeping me company as I gaze out through spacious floor-to-roof windows. Up-beat music is stirring in the background (I prefer Jazz). However, most impressive of all may be Asia, one of the staff here - such a diligent, and service-oriented worker. Have a nice weekend!

4 ladies staff members standing and chatting behind the counter while there were a lot of dirty tables. Female toilet had no soap, no toilet paper or paper towels and was in a horrible condition.

Nice spot, fast wifi and good atmosphere. Products as always like Starbucks standards. Good.

Starbucks is Starbucks so you know what to expect but the 5 stars comes from the super friendly staff. They really make you feel welcome

What a shame staff to busy putting out Christmas stock to clear tables or help other staff out behind the counter . Lots of people using the wifi, so not many places to sit . 🙄 would not bother going in this one again .
