This coffe shop sports the "specialty coffee" sign on the door but also sugar in the counter and various types of syrups. The coffee was fairly unsurprising and probably can get you working in the morning, and there is a copious amount of seating on the 2 levels. Friendly and quick on his feet barista on the job that day.

Came here with a friend and absolutely adored this place! We each got a mulled wine, and I especially enjoyed the got lemonade. Super cool atmosphere and the guy working was very nice.

Twenty Eight is an incredible coffee shop with balanced prices and very comfortable seats, especially upstairs. Is a nice place for a date or working in a quiet place which has plenty of sockets. I recommend you to pay a visit so you can return when you are in need of a calm and useful coffee shop!

The staff was so welcoming and the prices for coffee are amazing. There is wifi and lovely seating. It is a great coffee shops to meet new people in, as well it is very central in Bucharest. The coolest thing was the Latte art that surprised me when I ordered. There was a bird in my Latte....so unique.

The "pastel de nata" is one of the better outside of Portugal. They need to improve on the coffee reducing the machine working temperature.
