Ciao Bella Coffee

Mid coffee and pastries, even worse customer service. Girl working behind the counter today was very slow and rude. I ordered an iced lavender matcha, listed as a favorite on the menu at the counter, and then received a lecture along with attitude on how to correctly order a “cafe latte” when that is not even what I ordered at all. Overall terrible experience, the drink and chocolate croissant were not worth it.

I was happy to see that Lavazza brand coffee is made here. I tried double espresso and was satisfied. It's a small business and has outside seating areas. Even though there is sometimes loud music inside, the customers who come are working quietly and doing something.

Strolling into Ciao Bella Coffee, one can't help but bask in the delightful ambiance. It's a spot that exudes a comfortable vibe, bolstered by the relaxed seating arrangements and the inviting couches. They are perfect for sinking into with a good book or settling down with your laptop to catch up on work.

But, what truly sets this place apart are the folks running the show. The staff is nothing short of wonderful - nicest people you'll come across. The owner's hands-on approach is commendable, always checking in to ensure everything is up to par.

This is a lovely coffee shop -- it's getting harder and harder to find cafes with comfortable couches, and I was so happy to see the inviting seating! Quite a few people working there on laptops, so I immediately pegged this as a good place for my work-from-home days. The chocolate chip cookie was excellent. And other baked goods looked enticing. The only thing I cannot recommend is the coffee was not great -- I got a cafe au lait and for 3ish dollars, it was a weak watery brew with a splash of milk.. I really hope it was a one-off coz I want to come here all the time. Please please get better beans/brew better coffee; otherwise everything is great.

My favorite coffee spot. I defiantly live here at this point. Great lattes, cozy atmosphere and awesome staff. Marco gets to you and your drink and he's always willing to have a chat. They also have wifi. It's a vybe. :D

Beautiful little coffee shop with delicious espresso, a variety of fresh pastries, and a very friendly owner. They have wifi, a printer, and ample seating.

Super chill with a lounge area and wifi. Very sweet little place. Croissants are delicious and so was my iced chai!! 😋

The vibes, are immaculate. The AC, is not. Not sure how they have 3 AC units and yet can't cool a room the size of a studio apartment.

Interior decor is nice, rustic, and cozy. Music choice is chill, outlets are available, service is good, food is standard bakery, and wifi is decent. Lattes? For some reason it's either the best I've had, or other times it's an off taste or bitter. Not sure if the beans they get are consistent.

Overall good vibes, inconsistency could use some work, but worth a stop if you're in the area.
