This is a great spot during the week to come and enjoy coffee and work from a laptop. I found a really comfortable spot and there were plenty of chargers to use.

I tried the espresso today and it was okay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had to get me a code for the wifi.

Beautiful space with perfect pastries and good coffee! Especially loved the chocolate "cookie" which is a wrapped up croissant texture. The leek pastry was yummy as well! The aromatica beverage was unique/something I hadn't had before and am happy that I tried it!! I love that they don't have wifi on the weekends.

The best thing about this place is a super nice interior which makes you want to stay. Leather couches, lush greens and cute round tables provide enough space to comfortably seat really a lot of people. For some reason they don't have wifi on the weekends.

Too bad they don't have matcha and only limited teas selection. The coffee was good though.

Stopped at Devocion on my way back to my apartment (as a tourist) and ordered a medium hot latte with a pump of caramel. To which the cool She-Ra wearing host replied we don't have flavors. OK I'll take a standard latte. They don't have flavors because the latte is so good you don't need any! Not only are the drinks good but there's ample space to work and sit down for a coffee or bring your laptop. While on the expensive side (hey it is Mew York) you can tell they use quality beans in their drinks and it's well worth it.

I'll be back tomorrow or next time I'm in New York!

Good coffee, one size cups. The ambiance is nice although the seating isn’t ideal for sitting and working. The latte was so smooth and it was nice but also the prices relative to the size of the drinks were a bit high.

One of the chillest and biggest open spaced cafes I’ve been to in NYC! The greenery and plants give it a great vibe coupled with the jazzy music. Coffee tastes great too and the staff is nice. There is wifi and a lot of people work here. Floor to ceiling windows that let in a lot of natural light. Leather couches and chairs are super comfy.

Get here early it gets crowded easily since a lot of people like this cafe.

Cool place. Beautiful plants and uber nice atmosphere. The coffee is okay-ish but it is a mistery why they gave you paper cups instead of porcelain cups that they keep only for display. Sure pandemics 🙂

P.S.: be careful at the ones making you the coffee, they tend to be very rude. One of them almost spoilled my espresso and did not even apologize. Second one almost fought with me when I ordered, apparently she was in a bad mood, people in the coffee place said.

P.P.S.: place is packed with people working so it will be vary hard to just come and enjoy a coffee, spots to sit are hard to get.

Beautiful place & friendly staff. Great place to sit down and down your work at. wifi password is by the counter. There are outlets all around too so that was very convenient. Food was great too. I bought a cappuccino and a chocolate croissant. Definitely try out the chocolate croissant, it was delicious!!!

This is a destination coffee shop, on the edge of a 1970s shopping area that probably has never seen better days. But once inside it is an oasis of calm, laid back seating with an indoor patio surrounded by peace lilies and trees,despite the small size of around 20 seats, which includes sofas, benches wooden chairs and armchairs.
They have excellent colombian coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and aromatic juices. Food is very limited, wifi only on weekdays and tables that are impractically small. But I love this place.

Cozy atmosphere and great coffee!! Ideal place to get some work done during the weekdays too 😎 (they turn off the wifi on weekends) it might get crowded though, so there’s a possibility of not finding a table if you want to work on your laptop

Nice cafe to do some work in! Plants have a nice ambience and drinks are really yummy :) Come early if you want to snag a table to do some laptop work.

Devocion in Downtown Brooklyn keeps the amazing aesthetic of its Williamsburg location, in a smaller but also cozier version. The coffee is great as all Devocion coffee is, and baristas know what they’re doing.

Great spot in the neighborhood to bring a book or your laptop and sit down in one of the couches or tables.

The atmosphere is great, literally the best spot for study/ meet friends. The seats are limited. If you find a place to sit enjoy your coffee and time. The coffee seems a bit overpriced for the taste. $5 for a cappuccino was out of my expectations. But overall nice place to enjoy your working time.

Always crowded. No seats available as taken by people on their laptop on weekdays. Really annoying when you want to come in just to sit for coffee then go. Only way to get a seat is come as soon as they open or wait and wait... Service is excellent though. Not sure why the latte is so expensive 🫰 spending more than $5 for a cup of latte feels a bit much

Nice place, the plants are a nice touch. The tea I had was okay. They do not provide wifi on weekends, so don’t come here planning to get a bit of work done. I feel like this is something that needs to be specified. They also have little space for sitting if you want to be able to work on your laptop, which was completely full. Otherwise there is space for you to just sit and read/ talk to someone else.

Cozy coffee shop / cafe in downtown Brooklyn with soaring jungle foliage (indoors). This cafe is a delightful place to sip on some coffee and reflect, read a book, catch up with a friend, or get work done. (Be warned, on weekends there is no Wi-Fi to limit people working on computers.) Lots of outlets though. The coffee is super high quality, the lates and cappuccinos are super delicious. Service is A+ amazing.

Line can get a bit long sometimes, so don’t come if you’re in a rush. Frankly, this place is a sit down and chill spot.

Lastly, the indoor foliage here is out of this world beautiful. Honestly, it lifts me up to just walk by this place, even more so to sit inside. One of my favorite places in NYC!

This coffee shop is beautiful. The staff was friendly. My oat latte was great. I comfortably worked there with my laptop and there was an outlet right where I was sitting.

A great place to work on the weekdays and stop by for coffee. I really love their croissants here paired with an americano. There's no wifi here on weekends but that shouldn't stop you from getting a pastry and a drink!

I first discovered Devocion on a trip to Bogota a couple of years ago and was thrilled when I found a branch in Williamsburg upon returning to New York. Now they have opened a second branch in Brooklyn, right in the heart of Downtown BK. Just like their Williamsburg location, the cafe is beautifully designed: spacious, has plenty of natural light and plants, pretty tiles. The coffee is - as expected - excellent, the staff is friendly and efficient, and there’s free wifi. Power outlets near every table, making it a great spot for remote workers. You can enjoy sweet pastries & savory scones with your coffee. Note that this is a cashless cafe.

Nice decor. This place doesn’t accept cash however, only card and Apple Pay. I only had cash on me at the time but the barista was so kind as to let me have my coffee for free!!! Incredibly nice service!

Incredibly friendly staff, good coffee. The most important thing to me was the amount of light for a good working environment. There's free wifi on the weekdays with frequent customers.

This place is paving the way for the ultimate gentrification experience in downtown Brooklyn. Situated on the corner of Livingston and Bond, it's surrounded by the likes of a Goodwill, an IHOP, a few shuttered buildings, a 99-cent pizza store, and a mattress shop. Certainly the proprietors did not intend for us locals to actually afford their grossly over-priced mediocre products. Add to that, they have a "no laptop" policy to ensure maximum volume and maximum profit. The staff has perfected the apathetic "service" attitude. Finally, the location is not at all accessible to anyone with a disability. They should relocate to someplace where it's acceptable to exclude people; not downtown Brooklyn.

$7 for a Mocha with no wifi. It's a nice place, hard to find a place to sit but seriously...what's up with the price?

Coffee is very good but expensive. Impossible to find a seat, always people with laptops camped out at the few tables they have. wifi for one hour if you remember to get your receipt and sign in with it.
