Loved the plants and sunroof! This place was super busy and every single seating/table option was taken, mostly by people with laptops, which was kind of annoying as I just wanted to sit down and enjoy my cortado then leave, but opted for to-go and had to just stand in the corner awkwardly. (In my pic the open seating quickly got taken by more laptop people while I was waiting on my drink). Aside from laptop people taking up all the seating, the espresso was great and the baristas looked cool. You can watch the pour over/cupping lab from the street windows, too.

Great design, excellent coffee, staff a bit intense, could be kinder when asked a simple question about a glass of water on a first visit. Everyone on laptops, wifi provided with receipt. A little strange if you just stop for a quick coffee.

This craft coffee shop is an absolute gem! The interior is super cool and inviting, with a vibe that’s perfect for hanging out, working, or just enjoying a quiet moment with a great cup of coffee.

Speaking of coffee, it’s absolutely delicious. You can tell they take their brewing seriously, with rich, flavorful options that cater to both coffee aficionados and casual drinkers alike. Every cup feels thoughtfully made, and the quality is top-notch.

If you’re looking for a spot with a great atmosphere and even better coffee, this place should be at the top of your list. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Overall, a very charming hole-in-the-wall cafe in Brooklyn. We found the space to be smaller than it looked online, which was a letdown. The coffee was average, nothing special. Surprisingly, there were way more people than we expected on a rainy Saturday afternoon.

Just a heads-up for anyone wanting to work there: they don't have wifi on weekends, only on weekdays.

The cascara drink is amazing and I hope they never take it off the menu. One small frustration: no wifi on weekends. I get it… but come on! Anways love that drink

Found this hidden gem in Williamsburg. Their coffee is very good and same as pastries. I got an ice latte and a kouign amann, they were both good. There are plenty sittings and public restroom. I like they have a sky light in the middle blend in the indoor and outdoor and a lot of people working here with their laptops. Free street parking was not easy to find on weekdays however we did find one two blocks away. The staff were very nice, asking me if I need wifi code. It’s a nice spot where you can do light works or hanging out with friends and family. Highly recommended!

Edit: after many visits and religiously ordering their coffee home! (Try the limited versions in black) still my favorite spot, upgraded to be a focus desk for me. On days I feel a little bored working from home, I’ll come here and work on projects, I otherwise procrastinate. Devoted to Devocion! Haha

Not just my favorite Café, also probably one of my most favorite places in New York. Had planned on getting a coffee to go to head to the nearby Domino Park, but decided to stay purely for the vibe of the place. This Café in one corner of Brooklyn was all things New York. Loved the coffee, energy, spending some time working and people watching. Super friendly staff! Amazing place 🤌🏼

I had really high expectations of this place but I was left a little disappointed. They had lots of pastry options which was great, I had the guava and cheese croissant which was the highlight and honestly amazing lol. We didn’t really like the banana bread. Service was good & fast, the baristas were very helpful as well. I ordered a green tea but the water was beyond hot that it made the tea extremely bitter and I couldn’t drink it. I went with my friend and the atmosphere in the place was really weird? It wasn’t a normal cafe, it was packed with solo people on laptops working. It was completely quiet and felt like I was in a library. Nobody was talking at all. There were no seats available inside or outside so we went to domino park. The coffee is amazing though so if you are in the area and are looking solely for great coffee to go and maybe a guava croissant lol this is the place!

Hard NOT recommend unless it’s a coffee date and you plan on talking. There was no wifi, but also no phone signal. I assume to make people leave after 30 min. I basically had to leave after 20 min, after having an average coffee and an overpriced pastry.

Amazing coffee, great pastries (the cheese turnover and the croissant were pretty good). The banana bread was the best- moist fresh and not too sweet! Even the mocha was good. Loved the vibe of the place especially if you come on a sunny day! I can see myself coming here on a Sunday with by laptop / book and spend hours. Which we actually saw with other customers! The only downside is that you may find it hard to find a spot to sit.

My favorite cafe in Williamsburg to get some work done. The coffee is excellent, fast and friendly service, the wifi is fast, and the space is has lots of natural sunlight and spaces to sit. I think the only drawback is that it doesn’t have a ton of electrical outlets. If you need to charge it might be tough. Other than that, it’s definitely a favorite!

There is no internet to work on your laptop on the weekends and your hotspot on your phone doesn't work because of the building or because they are slowing down the internet. Something funky is going on but in any case, don't come here to work on the weekends. It also closes at five.

A very fancy place to grab coffee and some quick bites. They have a lot of options including different drip coffee, espresso, tea as well as aromatic beverages. Very difficult to get seating during peak hours. And there is no free wifi during weekend.

Phenomenal espresso/coffee. Very popular and therefore very busy place. Has a big interior with a lot of lounging space but it’s usually packed with people working on their laptops so can be hard to get a spot. They do some pastries for food (croissants, etc) , but very limited assortment. All are very well done tho.

I love coming to Devoción Coffee it’s one of my favorite spots in Williamsburg. McKenna is always my server and she makes the perfect latte not too milky, just right! The coffee has that amazing rich, slightly smoky flavor that pairs so well with oat milk. The space itself is beautiful and relaxing perfect for working, reading, or just sitting down to chill. Highly recommend!

In town for a film festival, I asked someone working the fest where to get good coffee. She was very excited to share about this place. Absolutely excellent hot latte. Barista was very friendly, wonderful garden wall. Only wish there were more seating, but any place that's good is going to be tough to get a seat. Will definitely be back.

There’s a large amount of space to hang out with friends or work on your laptop. The drink options were lack luster (according to the barista we could only have simple syrup, honey, or rosemary syrup in a latte), but most concerning was the service. The barista working the register was bizarrely rude when asked what specialty lattes were available, and the one bathroom was missing toilet paper, which resulted in a clog because patrons were using paper towels since the staff couldn’t be bothered to take care of the restroom.

Calm place treated by youth mostly as a working open space to study/work online. Small roastery right after the entrance makes feeling of high quality coffee. Not a lot of tables to seat.

Very popular cafe with wifi area which was crowded. The coffee is created right in house with a brewery. Good croissant as well...coffee is strong!

This place is so beautiful! The coffee shop really resembles the beauty of Colombia and the quality of the coffee definitely shows the work that is put into producing it. I personally loved the alfajores; they look like they would be hard on the outside but they’re actually very soft and sweet. While the coffee shop has a lot of space, I wouldn’t recommend using it as a study space unless you plan on attending during the week; in the weekend it’s very crowded and there is no wifi.

I used to love this place. I was okay to drive 40 min to work out from here. The new location is meh - c'mon guys, you have no money to heat up your own coffee shop? People are in jackets. This new wifi code is just idiotic... the spot is much smaller and feels jammed... sad how such a cool spot could lose its charm.

Excellent atmosphere! Much bigger inside than it looks. A lot of people working on their computers, options to sit at tables, a bar, or couch. Free wifi, but not on weekends. Pastries were good, nothing too special though. As pricey as you would expect from a craft coffee place. Coffee was good.

I walked pass by chance and interested with the word “THE FRESHEST COFFEE IS SERVED HERE” signage so I did try.

Nice atmosphere for working or coffee and talk. The food is delicious. I ordered a croissant and a chocolate croissant. They were both good to my taste. Lots of natural lights, which was great, but it got burning hot in the middle of the day, especially when you sit at table that has no umbrella. It's just a 4.0 star due to not very friendly staff.

Good cup of coffee, Americano, but not espresso that was pretty awful. Latte was good but not really coffee anymore if you add milk. And hard to get a seat sometimes as so many customers are working.

Would keep in mind no wifi on weekends as a heads up. Came here to do work on the weekend and it was quite busy, hard to find outlets and then realized there was no wifi lol. Makes sense bc it’s cold and the cafe is a vibe. If you come on weekdays they have wifi which password is on your receipt. Nice staff.

It’s a beautiful place for drinks a delicious coffee and for relax. In addition to, you can easily work and charge your laptop inside.

Great coffee but the place is basically a Wework with every table being taken up by stressed looking people tapping away on laptops. Wish they would designate at least a handful of tables as laptop free.

The atmosphere is fantastic, giving the impression of being outdoors while staying indoors—perfect for avoiding bad weather. The coffee packs a solid punch, though it's only available in a single size. However, a couple of drawbacks contribute to the lower rating: the absence of wifi and the fact that there’s just one restroom for a café of this size. Despite having about 5-6 "staff" doors, there’s only a single bathroom, so expect a long wait. The lack of wifi seems intentional, likely to discourage people from lingering too long. On the bright side, service is generally quick unless the place gets crowded.

The guava croissants here are to die for. Consistently friendly baristas and although there’s often a lot of people there, I’ve never had to wait too long before a table turns over so I can have a seat. Nice sunshine coming in from the huge skylight!

A new favorite. The coffee is top tier, probably the best I’ve ever tasted. The venue is tranquil enough on weekdays to work from, with high ceilings and day light. Weekends are busy naturally, so no wifi on those days which makes sense. Staff are lovely also.

The owner is always around which is proof of a well run establishment. He is kind and provides a space to really enjoy drinking coffee at. Not the best to open a laptop and get work done, but for a simple sit and chat with a friend or a moment to awe at the foliage inside - its just divine. A little oasis tucked away in Williamsburg.
