The service was exceptional throughout the dinner—All staff especially Fio and Osama were friendly, and made sure everything was perfect.
The food was equally impressive. Every dish was beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavor. From the appetizers to the dessert, everything exceeded expectations. Their Burnt Cheesecake is an absolute win!

The combination of amazing service, outstanding food, and a comfortable atmosphere made this a memorable experience.

I visited Jones the Grocer last December for brunch, and it was a great experience. The location is excellent, and the atmosphere is welcoming with a really nice seating area, whether you’re meeting friends or enjoying a relaxed meal.

The food was delicious, the coffee was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit.

Overall, it’s a lovely spot, and I’d definitely recommend it!

This place is perfect for a breakfast break, especially if you’re looking to start your day with good vibes. The food is delicious fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The coffee is smooth and strong, just the way I like it. What really makes it stand out is the relaxing atmosphere. It’s cozy and laid-back, with a beautiful view right in front of the beach. You can sit back, enjoy your meal, and take in the ocean breeze. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or lingering a little longer, it’s a great spot to unwind and fuel up for the day.

Good vibes and incredible food! I love coming here for breakfast, today I brought my friends for the first time and the staff was very friendly with us specially Tisha who helped my friends choose their dishes! Food 10/10!

Jones the Grocer was all around, a fantastic place for a lunch. Good service, good menu with a wide selection of high quality dishes. The cauliflower and chick pea salad was delicious! My partner loved the Dan Dan noodles. The music isn’t too loud - it’s perfect and creates an ideal and enjoyable atmosphere to hang out for a bit. Comfortable, shaded outdoor seating.

The ambience was great, and the drinks were really good. The food was a bit of a mixed experience for me. I ordered the Chilli Garlic Pasta, but unfortunately, I couldn’t really taste the chilli or garlic flavors. However, my husband ordered the Shrimp Rigatoni, and it was absolutely delicious—creamy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly.

The staff were very polite and attentive. When I mentioned that I wasn’t happy with my pasta, the waiter handled it professionally and kindly offered me a pastry, which was really good and much appreciated.

Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience with excellent service and a lovely atmosphere. I would rate it 6.5/10.

The food was great, everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The service was just as impressive, the staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel well taken care of throughout the evening.

I had lunch few days ago at this place. The vibes are outstanding. Service was good but the food wasn’t as good. I have ordered fatoosh salad and added grilled chicken to it. The meat came cold and hard. They said it was fresh cooked but it felt it was one day old and warmed up. Very chewy. It was replaced with the burger which was actually way better. So I recommend the burger :)

Had lunch at Jones the Grocer and it was such a great experience from start to finish. The beachside setting has a lovely relaxed vibe with a stylish, modern aesthetic that makes it perfect for a chilled afternoon meal. Arlene looked after us and she was fantastic the whole way through, attentive, friendly, and great at explaining everything on the menu. Her customer service really stood out and made the meal even better. I started with the fried calamari, which was light, crispy, and packed with flavour. For my main, I had the chargrilled harissa chicken served with harissa mayo, herby couscous salad, rocket, pickled carrots, and pomegranate, an amazing combination of flavours and textures that worked beautifully together. Everything tasted so fresh and well-balanced. Great food, great service, great location, and a place I’d happily come back to.

Food was amazing and great value, service was also great with aircon at the outdoor seating area which kept us cool in this hot weather. Our server ganesh was very accommodating and quick. Great food, great service, would definitely recommend.

Food is good, atmosphere is amazing. Service can improve or a call button can be added to the table. Servers are extremely busy and don’t look around often. Also had ordered some flowers and told the reception and my server that I was expecting flowers for my wife, in-spite of that no one helped either get the flowers to the table or sent the flower guy to the table. I got a call from the flower guy not even the server or reception had to go out to the reception and get it myself. Small gesture makes a big difference. While making the booking to told them I was celebrating my anniversary would have appreciated some help at-least with the flowers. Don’t expect any special treatment if you’re celebrating a special occasion.

Food and place is good kids will enjoy just get a change of clothes.

I’m really happy with the service the staff were attentive and genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. I even requested a last-minute change to my drink, and they still managed to accommodate it without any hassle, which I truly appreciated.

Disappointing experience at the Cheese and Wine night

We visited this branch previously and had a lovely time, which is why we decided to return for the cheese and wine night. Unfortunately, this experience was quite different.

Despite calling ahead to confirm the menu, the experience did not match what was promised. The menu stated 5 varieties of cheese, but we were served only 3 without any prior notification that the selection had changed.

The service was significantly slower than expected. We found it difficult to get attention from the staff, even though the restaurant was not busy. Also the staff seemed unfamiliar with the menu details. We did speak with a supervisor who apologized and tried to rectify the situation, which we appreciated, but the overall experience remained below the standard we expected from this venue.

I hope the management takes this feedback as an opportunity to improve their service consistency and menu accuracy.

Visited here twice so far during our stay at the Hilton, once each for lunch and breakfast with adults and children and everyone was happy with their food. All staff were great. During breakfast Ahmed served us and delivered great service, really lovely interaction and engagement with my 5 year old.

We (Birthday celebration group of 14people with a reservation) had a really bad experience this morning.
Although the waitress was calm throughout, the experience was really bad: A drink was forgotten and mixed with someone else‘s order. For hot beverages, we had to ask for sugar (that should come automatically). We had to ask for napkins, butter for the toasts.
The food was handed out passing over my head to the people sitting far from me (basic restaurant etiquette of serving was not even followed).
BUT the worst: the food came cold. For 3 people we had to send back to reheat. One order was poached egg well done - It was sent back twice as it was runny. The third time it came it WAS STILL RUNNY. How on earth a restaurant serving breafast cannot cook eggs????
There is no recovery from this. We had to constantly ask for items.
Then at the end, we were splitting the bill. I asked the waitress to charge me 55dhs and my card was deducted with 355dhs. THIS is ridiculous. This was so upsetting.

The supervisor came, talked to me but frankly, we just wanted a nice family breakfast. Horrible experience.
The location is gorgeous, this on a positive.

Jones the Grocer at Palm West Beach delivered an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The moment we sat down, the relaxed beachfront atmosphere and warm service set the tone for a perfect meal. Everything we ordered came out fresh, well-presented, and full of flavour.

The Burrata Salad was a standout beginning — creamy, rich burrata paired beautifully with fresh greens and sweet tomatoes. It felt light yet indulgent at the same time. The Goat Cheese Salad was equally impressive, with its mix of arugula, walnuts, and tangy cheese coming together perfectly. The textures were balanced, the dressing was just right, and every bite had something interesting.

The Turkey Sandwich surprised us with how good it was. Served warm and pressed to perfection, the melted cheese with the turkey and greens made it a simple but incredibly satisfying dish. Sometimes the easiest things are the ones that shine the most.

The Italian Pizza was another highlight — thin, crispy crust with generous toppings and a delicious blend of cheese and salami. It came out hot, flavourful, and just the right level of char on the edges.

We finished with the Lava Cake, and it was the perfect ending. Warm, gooey, rich chocolate with a soft center — exactly how a lava cake should be.

Overall, Jones the Grocer at the Palm delivered a flawless experience. Great food, beautiful setting, and excellent service. Fully deserves 5 stars.

The food ist the best of all Restaurants in Hilton. The atmosphare with the view at the beach is beautiful. And the service 😍, Zemenay and Grace are so cute and they made it to wonderful experience.

Great spot for lunch right on the beach at The Palm! The seafood was fresh and flavorful, and they have some excellent fresh juice options too. It’s a relaxing place to enjoy good food with an ocean view. Just a heads-up — the flies come out pretty quickly once your food arrives, but the staff is great about setting something out to help with that, and they’ve got fans running so it stays comfortable even outside. Overall, a solid beachside dining experience and definitely worth a stop while in Dubai!

Our second time here. Delicious food, stunning beachside ambiance, and exceptional service from all the servers— especially from Zin Min. He was attentive, friendly, and sincere. This is definitely a place worth returning to again and again.

We stayed at the Hilton and Jones was included in our half board package. Excellent service, an amazing atmosphere, and absolutely delicious food. We especially recommend the caramelized goat’s cheese & fig salad — it was incredible. The restaurant also has a stunning view of the Marina and the sunset, making it a perfect spot for golden hour. Highly recommend spending your evening here.

We spent the afternoon celebrating a friend’s birthday at Jones the Grocer The Palm. Everything was amazing — the staff, the food, the experience! Nersina was so welcoming, Arun & Ankit were very attentive, Iman made us fantastic coffee. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the truffle steak. ❤️❤️❤️

Last Friday I attended the sundown brunch here in their beautiful outdoor setting, and it was a fantastic experience! The location next to the beach is perfect, especially with the cool Dubai winter breeze—really set the mood for a relaxed, laid-back evening.

The food variety was impressive. There was something for everyone, but the standout dishes were definitely the pizza, salads, and the roast. Also the grilled shrimps were really good! Another thing that really impressed me, was the variety of condiments available. They added that extra bit of zest to the meal!

In terms of value, it was surprisingly economical compared to most brunches in Dubai. The flavors were on point across the board, and everything was cooked to perfection. It’s a great spot for a leisurely meal with friends or family. All in all, thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great outdoor brunch spot!

I liked eating here for lunch because they do amazing salads in healthy portions. Indoor and outdoor seating available, air-conditioning inside. Friendly staff. Very good food and iced beverages. Nice calm and peaceful vibe. Jerom was our server and he was very attentive, got us everything we needed. Chicken karage was my all time favourite small bites. The roasted cauliflower and crispy chickpea salad was my fav salad.

Honestly food quality in this place is unmatched! Been coming here two years in a row and never been disappointed.
Can't remember the names of the staff that served us last year but this year we've been served by Joanna & Arlene. Both lovely and polite ladies.

Joanna was incredibly nice and friendly and we truly felt welcomed and comfortable by the attentiveness that she showed to us. The tables aren't really big enough to comfortably accommodate 4 people to have food, two - three people can comfortably have, but nevertheless, the furniture layout and the decor works designed for this outdoor experience was elegant. The food and service were worth a 5 star review 🥰 I would definitely come back to this warm welcoming place.

Really enjoyed our Wednesday night "ladies and gents" evening deal at Jones's. Great value and top notch service from Osama- our really lovely attentive waiter. We will be back.

A very nice and chilled restaurant. Good place to go with family with a varied menu.
The staff were excellent especially Imam who was really nice.
The food was of a good standard. I would ask that the batter for the fish and chips could be crispier. The mushroom risotto with the chicken was a big hit. The cocktails were tasty and the happy hour is one to take advantage of.
If you are going on a Saturday then I recommend booking as we thought we would get a table but none were available so we had to go on the Sunday.

Great place and great food! We joined a beach workout organized by Reset Fitness, and it was the perfect spot with both beach and city views. Afterwards, we had breakfast here at Jones the Grocer — the food was very tasty and healthy, and the customer service was superb! Thanks to Jerom & Prady! They also have a Christmas Day offer that’s perfect for families. We’ll definitely be back!

If you love to have a beach side dining in Dubai, then this place has perfect beach vibes and best views for you.
The food taste is normal compared to the vibes there. The service is excellent. The thing I love the most there is their chocolate lava cake, which was so heavenly.
It was freshly baked, warm,gooey, and delicious.
It's a family-friendly restaurant, and you can bring kids to the sand to play while you are having a brunch,breakfast or dinner. I can definitely go again for the family-friendly vibe and ambience.

I went for beach access on a Friday in December 2025. For a redeemable 200 aed (55 usd), you get a sun bed.
I ordered a burger for 105 aed (almost 30 usd) that was below average. The waitress even confirmed the meat is not the high quality patty you would expect for this price.
The place was dead in the beach section. Service was trying to be nice and that’s the only highlight even though they also did a few flops.

Maria were friendly, attentive, and made me feel very welcome. she even ask me if I want a photo outside. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, and the service was prompt and professional. Overall, an excellent experience, and I look forward to coming back again.

Celebrated my Birthday at Jones the Grocer yesterday and what a 10/10 experience! The food, the hospitality, the ambiance- everything was just top tier. They are having a summer promo so if your Birthday is in June, July or August you can get a free ladies night. I enjoyed their mini burgers and their margherita pizza the base was thin and crisp just like it. The drinks kept flowing.... oh the views ? Ohh so perfect! Our visit started perfectly. The food was good, and our waitress was absolutely lovely. Unfortunately, the experience ended on a very disappointing note.

We forgot to validate our parking before leaving. Yes, that was our mistake, and I fully accept that. However, when we realised it, we tried to resolve the issue remotely by calling the restaurant. We called three times and let the phone ring for a long time on each occasion, but nobody answered.

As a result, I had to walk all the way back to the restaurant in the middle of the day, in 40°C Dubai heat, just to validate the parking and avoid additional charges.

What disappointed me most was not the parking fee itself, but the way the situation was handled. When I arrived, the supervisor's first question was, "Who was the waitress who served you?" Please don't put this on the waitress. She was excellent. If there is a problem, it is a management and training issue, not a staff issue.

A simple question when presenting the bill — "Would you like us to validate your parking?" — would prevent situations like this entirely. Equally, ensuring that someone answers the restaurant phone should be basic customer service.

In a world where almost everything can be solved remotely, it is frustrating to have to return in person because nobody answers the phone and there is no simple process in place.

A big thank you to the waitress for her excellent service. My criticism is directed entirely at the management and the lack of customer-focused procedures.

Good food, good vibe, and a really nice outdoor spot to hang out. The atmosphere is enjoyable and perfect for a casual catch up.

That said, it does feel a bit overpriced.
