Juan Valdez in Jumeirah has become my go to for days I need a nice scenic lunch, have a meeting outside of office and even quick coffee runs in the evening. The best Colombian coffee in the city and the range is incredible. The food at the Jumeirah branch is amazing too!

I had a genuinely wonderful experience at Juan Valdez, and a big part of that comes down to both the quality of the coffee and the outstanding staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that immediately set the tone for my visit.

Had a wonderful visit at Juan Valdez, made even better by Milan’s excellent service. He was welcoming, attentive, and clearly skilled, everything was prepared perfectly, and the coffee quality really stood out.
The chocolate cake was absolutely delicious, and the prices are noticeably more affordable than most cafés. Their selection of sweets is great value overall. Plus, the location is convenient and the free valet parking is a big bonus. Definitely a spot worth coming back to.

in Jumeirah, Juan Valdez Cafe | Jumeirah 2 feels less like a coffee shop and more like a sun-filled Colombian villa that somehow landed in Dubai. Two bright floors flooded with natural light, high ceilings, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you open your laptop, order one coffee, and suddenly realize three hours have passed.

The star, of course, is the coffee. Not just good coffee—coffee with a passport. Every cup carries that rich Colombian character the brand is famous for, but what truly surprised me was their Nitro Coffee. In a city overflowing with cafés, it’s still surprisingly rare to find a properly served nitro, and Juan Valdez does it beautifully: silky, creamy, naturally sweet, and smooth enough to make you question why you ever added sugar to coffee in the first place.

Dubai has plenty of places that look good on Instagram. This is one of the few that smells good, tastes good, and feels good too.

A little corner of Colombia on Jumeirah Road and currently one of the most underrated coffee spots in Dubai. Wow. Gracias!

We went here to experience great coffee and it did not disappoint. I love their Nevado/Frappe and Iced coffees.

Staffs were very welcoming and very approachable especially Ate CJ. She’s very friendly and would suggest great options if you’re not familiar with anything on the menu.

Food tastes amazing. I ordered columbian breakfast and serving is decent. We also ordered their beef burger which is very tasty.

Highly recommended. And will definitely return.

Of course, the highlight is their coffee. Juan Valdez offers a variety of rich, aromatic Colombian coffees that truly stand out in quality and flavor. Each cup was expertly brewed and delivered a genuine taste of Colombia’s finest beans.

Recently visited their new outlet in jumeirah. This is one sign that Colombian coffee brands are making a steady move to the UaE. The interiors were nice, easy seating areas, they have an upstair and out door as well. Coffee bar is the middle, where you can see all the action happening. We had their cappuccino, cold brew, breakfast items and açaí. Good portions, good food, no complaints. Rushana ( hope I got the name right) was very friendly and we loved the way she took care of us. Overall it was a decent experience.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with just the right balance of cozy and modern. It’s the kind of place where you can actually relax, whether you’re catching up with a friend or getting some work done. I ordered a classic hot chocolate and it was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced, not overly sweet but still indulgent .If you’re a fan of hot chocolate, this place is definitely worth a visit.
What really stood out, though, was the service. The staffs (Suhana, Mhai,Daniela and Cj) were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do. It made the whole experience feel welcoming rather than transactional.
Overall, this is definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. Great coffee, great vibe, and great people—hard to ask for more.I’ll be coming back for another cup soon!

It was great to see Colombia Coffee open its branch in Dubai and it didn’t disappoint. It’s one of my favorite spots back in Colombia, and I’m glad to say the coffee here lives up to the same high standard. Rich, smooth, and full of flavor it truly captures the essence of Colombian coffee.

The food menu is well thought out, with a good mix of Colombian dishes and international options served throughout the day. Their pastries and cakes are fresh and go perfectly with the coffee.

The café has a calm and welcoming vibe, with seating spread over three floors. There are both indoor and outdoor options, making it a comfortable spot for friends gathering or getting some work done.

The staff are friendly, professional, and well-trained, which added to the overall experience. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to.

This café in Jumeirah 2 is spacious, aesthetic, and relaxing. It serves authentic Colombian coffee—perfect for casual catch-ups, breakfast dates, or getting some work done.

The staff are polite and friendly. The coffee is strong and flavorful, and the food is beautifully plated with generous portions great for sharing!

They also offer outdoor seating and a second floor with a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa.

Highly recommend visiting if you're in the area!

While nothing compares to the best service at Juan Valdez, our experience at this coffee shop was exceptional. Jaymark's warm welcome and prompt seating set the tone for a wonderful visit. Karen and Mark ensured our comfort and attended to our every need with diligence. James provided attentive service, serving our drinks and food with care. The coffee and cakes were delightful, and we appreciated the high level of service. We'll definitely return and highly recommend this coffee shop.

A beautiful cafe with a cozy and friendly environment, full of light and a special design, with two floors for seating and an outdoor table, a variety of cakes and pastries such as tiramisu and croissants, and a variety of coffees, and a good attitude from the staff, only the coffees did not come together and were not very hot.

The best cafe in Dubai all over. Had luxury breakfast experience. Great rich dishes. The coffee was excellent. One of the best I have ever had & the way I love. Kids got very entertained with games & coloring so I got chance to enjoy my coffee in peace. And the most beautiful thing that I got the chance to watch the staff while roasting the coffee beans. The small made feel so good.

Visited the place to enjoy a lovely coffee with my friends. Amazing and quiet place. Outdoor area is fantastic and they offer Valet Parking.
I dealt with Daniela and she is very nice and helpful.

Had higher expectations.

Visited at night so I went for a decaf coffee, which was decent.

Overall their drinks options are many and at a decent price.

The place is well designed, with plenty of space and seating options.
Their coffee beans variety is distributed throughout the entrance, where you can read and know a little bit about their process and story, and in front of the display where you can actually buy them.

They have an interactive "gameboard" table, where you can play with your friends.

The 4 stars are for the food items we tried.

Their Basque Cheesecake was not that great. Texture and flavor wise, I was disappointed. Cherry on top, their chocolate sauce was a kind of "compound" that hardened quite fast, making the cheesecake less pleasant.

The Cheese Arepas were interesting, but quite simple.

Kudos for the Christmas decoration!

It's all ok, but far from great:) the stuff was please and attentive in the beginning but later, we needed to call and wait someone to attend and pay the bill..and it would be much better if stuff could speak English to be able to communicate:) Food was acceptable, I personally had higher expectations, NOT high )) for the prices of this beach coffeeshop. Ordered pulled beef Benedict and flat white. It was simply plain and good enough to eat. Coffee for my taste was bitter, unfortunately, and reminded me Brazilian nespresso coffee capsules I bought in union)) cannot tell about other foods. I could probably come once more to try other things to get a final verdict ))

It was my first experience with Colombian coffee, and I absolutely loved it! The flavour was smooth, rich, and well-brewed. Milan enhanced the experience by clearly explaining everything, greeting me with a genuine grin, and making me feel at ease immediately away. Truly a fantastic first experience, and I will definitely return!

I was pleasantly surprised, had never been to Juan Valdez when I was invited for a meetup. I ended up staying there all day to continue working because I enjoyed the atmosphere so much.

I had a great experience at Juan Valdez! The place is nice and the seating area is cozy. The coffee tasted amazing and the service was excellent. We ordered flat white, affogato , ice white mocha and hot mocha. They also have a wide variety of coffee beans. I bought two types to try at home, and the coffee turned out fantastic. Highly recommended!

It's fantastic to get a piece of home in Dubai. The coffee as expected is 10/10 and the food selection is great as well, value for money is good and the place has a very nice vibe and the service is fantastic Sara and Santiago are very helpful and kind.

The only "issue" for me is the aji for the empanadas definitely needs more flavor and I wonder if they have decaf options as it's nor clear on the menu.

The atmosphere in this authentic Colombian restaurant is just amazing. The variety of drinks and bakeries is really good. We recommend you to try beef empanadas and Colombian basket. The coffees...any one you try is world class, best c offee in the world (in my opinion). The restaurant decorations is really beautiful and harmonious. This is a Colombian cafe. I tried it first time in Dubai Expo 2020. At the moment we know that they open a new branch in Jumeirah, we directly went to. They use a good quality coffee beans in all the beverages. They serve a good cheese cake, tiramisu and croissant. The place is cozy and has indoor and outdoor tables. I would recommend. They also sell the beans and other coffee products. Every visit for enjoy it likes it’s the first time.
