The café exceeded my expectations! It was very cozy, pet-friendly, and accessible from Equiti Metro Station, with just a short taxi ride needed to get there.

We only ordered two drinks, but I would definitely recommend trying their matcha dessert! The staff were also very accommodating, friendly, and professional. Special thanks to Sir Harvey and Sir Raj for kindly taking photos of us and offering us a plate for the cake we brought from outside. Thank you as well to Kuya Raymond and Mark.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience with amazing people and a cozy atmosphere. Thank you for making our visit extra special! Definitely a place worth visiting.

La Nena is honestly one of the most aesthetic cafes in Dubai. I have been here many times, and every visit has been such a lovely experience. The interiors are beautifully designed, with so many elegant details and beautiful corners that make the cafe perfect for taking pictures and even using as a beautiful background for photos.

I have ordered the cold hibiscus tea on several visits, and it has always been refreshing, flavorful, and really enjoyable. I have also had the chickpea salad a couple of times, and it has been really delicious every time. Another favorite was the hot salted caramel latte, which was really nice and had a lovely flavor.

What I especially love about La Nena is the overall atmosphere. It’s calm, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed, making it such a nice place to sit, relax, and enjoy your time. Whether you’re going for the food and drinks or simply looking for a beautiful and aesthetic cafe for pictures, La Nena is definitely worth visiting. It’s one of those places I keep coming back to and genuinely enjoy every time.

Raymond, Rivi and Mirean are very friendly and cheerful, giving their best. The avo toast was one of the best one I tried. Ambience is cozy and its great the pet-friendly environment. Only feedback of improving is the time it took for the avo toast to be prepared ...or I was very hungry ..but it seemed too long.
Highly recommend for a chilled relaxed space for meetup with friends.

The coffee was absolutely excellent rich, smooth, and perfectly brewed. You can really tell they take pride in serving high-quality specialty coffee. The café itself has a stunning, cozy atmosphere with beautiful interiors that make it a perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends.

What made our visit even more special was that we brought our dogs along, and the staff warmly welcomed them with complimentary treats. Seeing our pups so happy made the experience even more memorable! It’s not every day you find a café that genuinely makes both humans and dogs feel at home. La Nena is well known for being dog-friendly and welcoming pets indoors.

I visited La Nena with a friend, and the place honestly surprised me in the best way. The moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and artistic — like a cozy studio filled with earthy textures and beautifully crafted pieces. The whole space has such a unique, calming vibe that makes you want to stay longer.

The food was incredible, and the presentation showed how much care goes into everything they serve. The service was also really good — friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We enjoyed every minute of it.

It’s definitely a spot I’d recommend for anyone who loves aesthetic cafés, relaxing energy, and a space that feels creative and thoughtfully designed. I’ll absolutely be returning!

I would like to file a complaint about the customer service we received during our first visit to your coffee shop on Saturday night.

We arrived at around 9:20 PM and understood that the shop would close at 10:00 PM. We tried to order using the QR code, but the mobile signal was weak. My friend asked Raymond for the Wi-Fi password, but he only gestured with his hand for us to wait without saying anything. We then decided to order at the cashier, but another customer who arrived after us was served first.

Raymond also kept reminding us that the shop was closing, even though there was still time before 10:00 PM. The repeated reminders made us feel rushed, and my friend could not even enjoy drinking her hot chocolate.

I also ordered an iced Americano, but it had too much ice, so I could barely taste the coffee.

We also took a few photos because it was our first visit. We sat on one of the display chairs for a picture, and Raymond told us it was not allowed. We understand if this is a rule, but it could have been explained in a more polite and friendly way.

We really liked the coffee shop, but the poor customer service affected our experience. I hope you will look into this matter and remind your staff to treat customers with courtesy and respect.

The café has a beautiful ambience with earthy tones, warm lighting, and cozy seating that makes it feel very unique compared to other spots in Dubai. I loved the presentation of the desserts and drinks my iced matcha latte was refreshing and the cheesecake was nicely plated with fresh strawberries and sauce.

Service was polite and the overall vibe is relaxed, a good place to slow down and enjoy coffee and sweets. Prices are a little on the higher side, and while everything looked amazing, the flavors could be a touch stronger to match the stunning presentation.

Overall, La Nena is definitely worth visiting if you enjoy great design, calm atmosphere, and stylishly presented food.

Upon entering, the ambiance was aesthetic and peaceful, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the coffee didn’t meet our expectations. We ordered a Cappuccino, Latte, and Iced Latte, but all of them tasted quite bitter—even though I specifically requested less sweetness. The hot drinks also weren’t served at the right temperature. Since it was our first visit, we hoped for a better experience, but based on the quality of the coffee, I’m not sure we’ll return.

The coffee shop area is too small and too crowded, almost shoulder to shoulder seating, very congested. Otherwise it would be a very nice and relaxing atmosphere. Spanish latte was too milky

A new Cafe Spot found in Al Quoz. If you’re looking for an aesthetic vibe cafe this is one option to go to. It was a cozy feeling entering to this Cafe and Home decor supplies. Though, the place is big, half of it is for Home Decor and Half is for the tables for the Cafe. The cafe itself can cater at least 10-15 people as they have one big table and the rest are for 2-3people sitting. We had Matcha Latte, Hot Choco, and Choco Croissant. Taste wise their drinks and food as I rate it would be 5/10 only, Honestly, nothing so special about it. Taste as same as other cafes. Only the place and its ambiance makes the place a little special in a way.

I’m going to be raving about this cafe for the next year I just know it! The coffee here is STUNNING truly amazing. This iced latte literally steals your pallet with it’s flavour. I ordered an iced latte with regular milk, extra ice and extra sweet with their homemade vanilla syrup. The vanilla was so lush and the coffee has the most balanced taste, the barista absolutely outdid herself. The people were so friendly, welcoming and polite which made the experience so memorable. I grabbed a coffee and a brownie to go to the airport I was so sad leaving for the last time. Couldn’t recommend it more, the design is so thought out and luxurious they even sell everything on display! ☕️

Beautiful cafe with earthy feels! It is bit confusing to find the place but the cafe has incredible ambience.
Coffee was okay but the avocado toast and coconut pudding was amazing.
I was there at 9 am so it wasnt that crowded and was nice to enjoy some peaceful time.

One of the most aesthetically pleasing cafes in Dubai! It has such a calm vibe. I recommend the hot chocolate for any chocolate lovers! I also tried the chocolate croissant however I did find the filling wasn’t enough. Another point about the seating, it isn’t the most comfiest to sit for a long period of time. Definitely a must visit to see if it fits your vibe and the staff is super sweet!

The ambiance is really cool though it’s small area as the dining table is separate your too close to other tables..when you order online you also pay directly that’s good one
Plus the hot spanish latte served is so good and it’s a big cup they used the one they are selling. But i think they are more focus on creating and selling handcrafted interior collections cafe is a plus like a waiting area. I can say it’s really nice place and really relaxing.

Too bad I didn’t bring my fur baby. The area is big. half of it is where you can sit and enjoy your meal (for a small group). there’s this 2-3 tables on the opposite side for big groups. And a huge display of ceramic kitchen stuffs, ornaments, jars, lamps, table, etc for sale. Place is cute over all. The menu is mostly for snacks/light meals. If you want something heavy, this isn’t the place for that. Or maybe just order a lot😉.

Once you arrive there , parking can be an issue . The entrance is really cool with a huge metal door leading into the cafe . The lights are quite dim and it’s very quiet inside . The place was quite packed even on a weekday. You order from your table through a QR code and pay on the same app. Now the seats are quite uncomfortable, you can’t really sit for long there . This maybe intentional as some business prefer a quick turnaround of customers. Coffee itself was average at the best taste wise but it looked presentable. We tried a brownie too which was okay. Staff was friendly but seemed quite busy .
I will recommend this place if you going for the photos but if you want to spend some time working or meeting friends , it’s not the most ideal spot . They allow dogs which I always appreciate.

Extremely poor customer service. The moment you walk in, the staff barely acknowledge you and make no effort to welcome or assist customers. The attitude and lack of attention are unacceptable for a café and showroom of this standard.

The place itself looks good, but honestly, the staff are letting the entire business down. Good décor and a nice showroom mean nothing if customers are treated as if they are an inconvenience.

Management seriously needs to take responsibility and properly train the staff in basic customer service and hospitality. I also noticed that many of the reviews mention the same problem, so this clearly isn't an isolated incident.

If management doesn't address this issue soon, the poor service will eventually drive customers away.

I love the atmosphere here. The dim lighting makes the place super cozy. I expect food to be mediocre at viral cafes but surprisingly I really the dishes I ordered here! People can also bring their pets in. The energy was great.

We visited this place after seeing it recommended on TikTok. It’s a charming and quiet spot in the morning, with delicious pastries and good coffee. The only issue was that the extra hot coffee was served in a cup without a handle, which made it a bit difficult to drink. Other than that, definitely worth trying!

If you look for an unique coffee cafe I highly recommend you to this place. The atmosphere is lovely, feels like you are in a cave, away from everything. Food and drink wise it can be bit better to my taste but the place itself makes it alright. You order and pay digital (you can pay cash by the cashier) but because of this, you don’t have the interaction with the staff which I missed a bit. Overall a nice experience

My experience at La Nena was disappointing. Although the café itself is visually pretty, it feels unwelcoming and confusing. There is no one to greet guests, which immediately creates an uncomfortable atmosphere and leaves you unsure of where to go. When we approached the staff, they were cold and came across as rude.

The seating area is also uncomfortable and quite small. The tables are placed very close together, making it necessary to stand up just for someone to pass through.

The menu is limited, with not many options. The coffee was not great and was served cold. Unfortunately, the other items we ordered were also underwhelming.

The location is difficult to find we had to drive around three times before locating it. There are no clear signs, and parking around the café is very limited.

Went here on my birthday just to grab some quick breakfast, to start the day, the place is nice, the interior, the atmosphere the aesthetic is so cool and its really instagrammable 🤭. However, maybe we went too early or wrong timing cause the food/sandwiches are mostly out of stock, found out they have no kitchen and just waiting for delivery and they don't know exactly what time. To be honest, just one time visit is enough for me.. to check what the hype is about as well. Staffs are polite.

If you’re a coffee lover who’s seeking best places in Dubai, this is a must try. They dont have much seats as some tables are for sell, but its a good idea and i love the orange ambience. The design and style are unique. Carrot cake is recommendable, salad as well, their coffee mocha has greater portion than cappuccino and you can bring as well your dogs.
