Passionfruit Coffee

I first discovered this local treasure back in its 2023 infancy when it was still a well-kept secret. While I am genuinely thrilled to see their success, they have transitioned from a "hidden gem" to a "standing room only" phenomenon.
The coffee remains peerless and the pastries are as divine as ever, but securing a table has become an Olympic sport. It appears the shop has fallen victim to the "wifi-hoarding" demographic—those nomadic office workers who treat a single espresso as a three-hour lease on a 2-person table.
I’m a loyalist at heart, but it is disheartening to see genuine patrons deterred by a sea of glowing laptops. I would love to see management implement a polite residency limit for the "one-latte-per-workday" crowd, if only to ensure the rest of us can enjoy a seat with our caffeine. This is more of a gripe with these type of customers and not the shop lol. You guys are still the best in Brooklyn! My suggestion, the small window bench section should be reserved for the laptop folks and the rest of the seating for the others.

Best flat white and cortado we’ve had in a long time. Amazing homemade cookies, too! Super friendly staff, good wifi, clean bathrooms, and such a cool vibe - would definitely recommend stopping by here. I wish I had found this place sooner.

I had the iced matcha latte here and it was very good, I liked it a lot. Also ordered the passion fruit cake and it was a bit tough to chew and not fluffy as I'd hope. The cafe has a great chill atmosphere and ambience. A few wall desks with outlets attached and free wifi. I would def go back

Randomly found this place while working in the area.., the latte was 🤌🏽 the service was 🤌🏽 they steep your tea, timer & everything. And everyone was so nice! This place is a gem. Saving to my favorite! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Sadly their wifi is very dicey so not a great place to work from unless you have a hotspot.

It's seemed to me like service and quality in cafes has been going downhill around here these last years - not so at Passionfruit. It's refreshing to find a cafe with fantastic and friendly service, great quality coffee, really nice vibes, working wifi, etc. I thought I'd leave a 5 star review, and whaddya know - they don't need it with their 5 star average. Great job team!

Feeling lucky to have this shop in the neighborhood. The coffee is always A+ and the baristas are attentive and friendly with everyone who comes in - especially Kenan and Dorsa who were working when I visited. Overall, the vibes are great here. Highly recommend if you're in the neighborhood.

PSA - Go early on weekends. It fills up quick if you're looking for a place to sit.

Love this coffeeshop! The drinks are creative and well-crafted. The baked goods offer a great variety, and the made-to-order madelines seem fantastic from the smell filling the cafe alone (want to try next). But my favorite part is the amazing vibes. The cafe gets great sunlight and the playlist always has me singing along!
It's a great spot for working with strong wifi and usually enough seats.

Theres is good reason this spot is the best rated cafe in Bedstuy 💯🔥
