The place looks nice and cozy,
The food takes forever to arrive i ordered a salad it came after 30 minutes even when the restaurant was empty.
I asked for a salmon salad, the specifically asked if the salmon is fresh they mentioned yes but it was not, it was smoked salmon but not that good of a quality then the waitress mentioned they come packaged and whatnots.
Salad had no dressing, salmon tasted bad i had 1 salmon piece and 2 bites of the salad and that was it.
Disappointed.

Very cozy and warm place!
Coffee was great and food as well.
Salmon Egg Benedict was very tasty! Highly recommended.
Prices are very affordable!

I've been a loyal customer of this restaurant for the past 3 years, but unfortunately, my experience yesterday was the worst I've ever had.

I was there with a group of friends, and I asked the waiter for a Red Bull and an iced Americano. He said "okay," but after waiting for almost 30 minutes and reminding him several times, nothing arrived. When I asked for the fourth time, he finally told me that he wouldn't place my order until everyone at the table had ordered.

I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Since when do I have to wait for everyone else just to get my own drink? He insisted that this was "the system" and was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the conversation. It's disappointing to see someone treating loyal customers this way.

I spoke to the manager, hoping the situation would be handled properly, but all I got was an apology and the same explanation: "It's the system." I honestly don't understand what kind of system forces a customer to wait for everyone else before they can even order a drink. It feels like they're assuming customers won't pay, which has never been the case. My friends and I always order and pay without any issues.

To make matters worse, this isn't the first time I've experienced poor service here. The staff are consistently very, very slow, and customer service is far below the standard you'd expect from a place that wants to keep loyal customers.

After supporting this restaurant for three years, this experience was incredibly disappointing. I sincerely hope the management reviews both their policies and the way their staff treat customers.

This place honestly felt like a little escape. So cozy, so warm—you walk in and instantly feel at ease. The food was beyond perfect, every bite felt comforting and full of love. And the staff are Genuinely kind and friendly . I left feeling happy, full. It’s our spot from now on 🥰

Food ok but below average , looks so much better on instagram.
Oriental breakfast was not available.
Smoking indoors is allowed in all the indoor area which was very annoying, noting I am allergic to smoke and the weather was too hot to stay outdoors.
The waitress was nice and cheerful but the service is slow.

Awful experience. we were a group of 9 and waited around 1.5 hours for a simple cookie dough and redbull order, despite repeatedly reminding the waiter multiple times. At one point, I even had to specifically ask if our order had been forgotten.

Most of the table’s orders were also extremely delayed. When my cookie dough and redbull finally arrived, the cookie dough came completely burnt. I sent it back, and the replacement took another 35 minutes.

And they brought the new cookie dough without a spoon, so I had to wait yet again just to get basic utensils.

The service was honestly awful. We had to keep reminding the staff more than 5 times just to get our order. The place is also extremely loud and the outdoor tables are very small and cramped together, making the whole experience uncomfortable.

Very disappointing overall, especially considering how simple the orders were.

Nice place for the students of ESLSCA to wait in. But not convenient for nonsmoking people.

Place is Soo nice the people work there especially Mohamed el agooz the waiter guy he is soooo nice even the new Guy Mahmoud is so kind too

I ordered a cake 1 night before the event she was soo lovely & made the order for me
And the cake was exceptional, design perfect as i sent , taste very delicious, a quality of taste & material filling was perfect
I ordered a cake vanilla caramel & nuts filling cake was so soft & fresh & filing was very well done

One of my best places. Very cozy and there is indoor and outdoor both are good if you want to work as well. I like the playlist of the place. Staff very friendly specially passant that’s why i recommend this place to you

The only good thing was the friendly staff.
If you wanna burn your lungs out, just go there.
No room for non-smokers.
Network is weak and wifi is not stable either.

The place in quite area surround by trees amazing view for the outdoor seating. I've tried dessert and it was so good.

very rude staff and very unprofessional , we were 4 people , one ordered a redbull and the other ordered coffee but they refused to get our order as they forced the 4 of us to order at the same time or else no one will get their order , never going there again

The food quality was good, but the waiting time for the orders was longer than expected.

Sooo looouuud drinks more than normal and food with a bit overpriced but its so uncomfortable with the ring Bell all the time for the waiters

The place is well furnished and the ambience was familial. Had a lovely experience with the service and drinks. Food can be improved as some dishes were really busy with cheese and condiments. Prices are high compared to quality, but portions were fair.

I was surprised from Mina’s comments and just wanted to say the place is a family run place best pizza , lovely food great place might not be managed to it’s full potential but hey ho , the negative feedback I saw was from people who all their feedback history are negative ( it’s true to say feedback is mostly from negative people) the place is the landmark I knew the place since I was a teenager and I know that they are always working hard to improve

They added service on a cake that they didn’t even serve and they told us after adding it that cakes are not allowed in the restaurant like why didn’t you say that from the start we would’ve gone somewhere else .. service overall is 500 LE and we weren’t slightly pleased we didn’t even eat the cake or cut it . I wouldn’t recommend this place at all

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially the waiter, Mohamed El Agouz. He was very helpful and made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Food is very good. The place is nice, but they are late in serving the orders whether plates, snacks, or even drinks.

This is the best place you can go if you’re looking for a high quality of food , drink and service, with cozy decorations and vibes. The morning natural light is awesome. The Stuff are well trained and helpful.

The place is very cozy and welcoming. Nour is very professional and welcomes all the guests always with a smile and a sense of hospitality is always delivered by her . She is very friendly and I come to be always served by her.

Today i was served by Captain Youssef Mohamed , such a professional young gentelman.Besides, the food was super delicious.
Another Big thank you to the management of this place for the choice of Nour Negm as Captain . She is actually a very welcoming , hospitable , helping and super fast member of your team . She makes us all feel “ WE ARE AT HOME “ always.

Amazing food quality and service

The place is very noisy but it's clean . Food is terrible quality. I was never served mushy nachos or a cocktail in a plastic cup in my life except in this place and the manager still argued about it. He was very rude! They put a minimum charge of 200LE which they don't deserve at all!

I loved the place so much ,i discovered it by chance after I finished my lectures in eslsca, so cozy, the food is amazing, and the waitress Nour is so friendly.

Terrible service! The staff didn’t let us know before we ordered that the POS (visa) machine was not working. After it was time to pay, we had no cash on hand and ha to go rummage for atms all around (7 of which were not operational btw and we had to walk super far!!) and the staff were sooo unhelpful when we suggested that we can pay through a bank transfer or instapay which they totally refused!

The place is so nice, the service is so good, the quality of the food is awsome, they have alot of variety and the stuff is so friendly i suggest they place to visit

The one star rating is dedicated to the shittiest service I received in a what you would call a decent café ever. If I was rating solely based on food quality I would give it 3-4 stars.
