The Blueberry Muffins were so Freakin' Delicious. I got it heated and it tastes absolutely Delicious 🤤🤤 I had the absolute best blueberry muffins here! They were soft, fresh, and packed with flavor. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place to anyone with a sweet tooth

Visit to Starbucks at EA mall is always a pleasure. More than the food, the service by the team there especially Rocky, Ashwini, Saravana and Gokul is awesome. The team is capable of getting us anything according to our customisation of taste. Highly recommended!

This is the first time I stepped into star bucks and had egg puff and fresh vanilla milk shake and to my surprise both the items are very tasty and especially the egg puff is so soft and juicy.

This is a great Starbucks in a busy mall but usually some places to sit and chill. The best part is all the staff (shout out to Rakesh and Saravana) super friendly and helpful. I had been coming to Chennai for last few years and this location is solid. Fast service and chill vibe. Enjoy.

Starbucks at Express Avenue Mall is, unfortunately, just another typical Starbucks experience. While the interior is kept neat and the ambience is pleasant, the overall visit falls short. The service, though okay, doesn't stand out, and the staff are friendly but not exceptional.

Disappointingly, the Hibiscus Ice Tea and cappuccino were watery, undermining the expected Starbucks quality. The pricing, given the subpar quality, feels excessive. Despite the cleanliness and friendly staff, the overall experience doesn't justify the high cost. If you're seeking the usual Starbucks ambiance, it's there, but the beverages may not live up to the brand's reputation.

Ms. Thamarai was incredibly kind and welcoming. She made it very easy for me to change my order, and the whole team was very supportive throughout the process. I really appreciate their excellent service!

We had an iced latte with vanilla protein foam and Caramel frappe with banana protein foam. Very average in terms of taste, service. Third Wave Coffee/Blue Tokai are far better in taste and value for money.

I recently purchased a Cafe Latte Pico priced at ₹231 from the Starbucks Express Avenue store. Unfortunately, the coffee lid was not properly closed when I got it. When I pointed this out to the staff, they said it was normal, which was disappointing. While drinking it, a large amount of coffee spilled on my shirt because of the faulty lid, ruining my clothes and wasting half of the coffee. This has never happened to me before at Starbucks.

Additionally, no one offered me a bill at the time of purchase, and I had to insist and wait a few minutes to get the physical bill, which was frustrating.

While the coffee taste was good as always, the poor lid closure and lack of assistance from staff spoiled my experience. This is unacceptable service from a brand like Starbucks, and I hope the management will address these issues seriously.

I am sharing this to help improve customer experience at this outlet.

A cosy coffee shop, and I had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere with soft music and comfortable seating made it a perfect place to spend time with friends. The staff were friendly, polite, and served everything quickly.

The Baristas make the best iced matcha latte! Whenever I want to drink matcha, I blindly go to Express Avenue Starbucks, because there's a magic in their service.

Good place to sit and work, very good service and friendly staffs

This place is great for work and chilling. The atmosphere might not be very calm, considering it is in the middle of one of the busiest malls in Chennai so, i recommend carrying noise cancelling headphones. But overall the food is just anything you get at starbucks and its nothing different than any other starbucks. But kudos to the helpful staff! :)

Tried Starbucks coffee in Chennai for the first time after tasting it abroad quite a few times. The taste of both the cappuccino and iced caramel macchiato was really good. I feel that the price was on the higher side compared to other coffee shops around but can definitely give it a try once a while.

Bought an Matcha Tea latte and Americano. Staffs were not aware of Matcha tea latte and they identified as Green tea as Matcha. The choice of milk is extra charge (₹85) which not supposed to be. So total it comes around (325 +85) I appreciate management should maintain the standards of starbucks just like other places where the choice of milk is included in the total cost of Venti size. The staff at the preparation counter was good and fast on service.

Before adding the extras the billing staff should inform the customer about the additonal charges.

When you visit Starbucks at express avenue mall Chennai it is like visiting a crowded tnagar street. This is a small set up and is right at the entrance of the mall and yes they scored points in placement of the joint. Place is crowded and not a great place to sit and chat. I would say it is more of a place where you grab and go or have a quick bite. The staff are super friendly and service is really quick. Definitely visit here for a takeaway.

Let me keep this simple: the worst ambience (can’t escape the loud ruckus of the mall crowd), absolutely horrendous service by staff who display nothing but arrogance, and heavily diluted coffee that tastes terrible and is not at all Starbucks standards! Don’t waste your money here, choose the Third Wave on the 2nd floor instead for a higher quality coffee and experience!

A nice place to sit and relax. Tried their India Spice Majesty Blend and Dutch Truffle Gateau , the taste and the service was good.

The coffee tasted pretty good as expected no complaints, but the coffeehouse has no dedicated ambience it's impossible to escape from the hustle and bustle of the lively mall, charged equally like a full-fledged starbucks cafe, Hard to justify the full cafe price for what feels like a hallway seating area

This is the only branch of Starbucks which doesn't have some regular item or the other, each and everytime. This time it's ceramic cups. The person taking orders very casually said 'each and every cup' is damaged. But they did have ceramic cups on the chairs which were simply not collected and cleaned. Pls be careful. Upselling is unusually high here.

Wait for a drink that we ordered was 20 mins. We ordered hibiscus passion fruit tea, it tasted very badly and very sour. Presentation of the drink wasn't great as well

It’s like a mini Starbucks when it comes to spacing, no walls and not much area available.

One of the staff became more money minded probably due to sales pressure , hiding offers and even hiding availability of items that cost a little low.

I had few more bad experiences here in the past but they seem to have improved the rest of issues here.

Better to avoid during dineout and district offers. Wait time in queue and order will be too long.

Pathetic customer service. One of the worst ever starbucks I have ever visited. Downright rude. I was at the coffee parlour, about to order, I was attending an urgent office call from the counter chairs outside while my wife who was not feeling well rested her head on the bag while sitting on the chair. This guy comes and mentions "sir this is not a sleeping area, if you are feeling sleepy please go somewhere else". I felt disgusted by this employee's behavior, it just spoilt my mood, I have been to a fairshare of starbucks across the country and attended many office calls, I don't remember any barista coming to me with an opinion on whether I can rest my head on my bag or not. Disgusting. Train your employees or you would loose all your customers in this joint.
