Starbucks Coffee Company

We came the cafe around 11:30 something and ordered two vanilla lattes and a brownie but when i went to the counter for a spoon the lady working there sounded very mean and said you can ask someone else i don't have spoons with me while the spoons were just at her back even while taking order she was very mean i think they should work on it because me myself work in same industry and thats not how you deal with guests

I placed a mobile order for pickup, expecting a quick and smooth experience like usual. When I arrived, I asked a barista (a girl) about my drink, and she told me it would be ready in a minute. Fair enough. But then, she completely ignored me while my drink sat on the counter the entire time. I waited over 10 minutes, assuming it wasn’t ready since no one called my name. Finally, I asked another barista (a guy), and sure enough, my drink had been sitting there the whole time. He handed it to me immediately.

It’s frustrating to waste time just standing there when my order was clearly ready. The lack of attention and basic customer service was disappointing. If you’re working the pickup area, at least acknowledge customers and make sure they get their orders instead of making them wait unnecessarily. Terrible service!

To the woman working the drive thru right now there’s no need for attitude and rudeness. You are very unpleasant and should be a lot nicer to the people who pay $10 a drink. You will lose business acting like this.

I came through today and had a special request for my son for a Drink that was no longer on the menu and put it together and made it for my son. This employee's name is Esther she is phenomenal and I am glad that she is working for Starbucks and can do such special things for simple people. So thank you so very much Esther for making my Son's day.

Clean, quiet, and dependable. Great qualities of a neighborhood Starbucks, especially one with lots of people working on their laptops.

I came for some coffee beans and noticed the cool mug designs on the shelf. If you're looking for a souvenir, there's big mugs and ornament mugs. They have designs for Canada, BC, and Vancouver in both sizes.

The Staff were arguing, very unprofessional waited 15 min for my coffee.
Not a good service at all when you have the Staff working against each other front of customers.

I had no power at home, and they were open so I could charge my laptop and get my school stuff done! Thank God for Starbucks!!!

Good place to sit down have coffee or anything else enjoy high speed wifi and watch traffic go by or just read the paper
