It’s very disappointing to start my Monday morning to have waited in line too long just for a cup of coffee. The Indian lady working at the till seems to have NO sense of urgency at all despite the long queue she walks so slow and ignorant. This supposedly a fast paced restaurant especially during peak times

It is always a very busy place, lineup is almost inevitable. But the ice capp is as good as always, great staffs, working so hard.

Very nice friendly people working there!! Always come here and greeted with a smile when ordering. Makes my day better!! Nice atmosphere to unwind and drink coffee alone or with someone. Service is very quick, would highly recommend it here. In my opinion best venue in surrey :)

Worst experience, mannerless n rude , unprofessional staff. Wouldn’t let me me even have my coffee inside , when it was freezing cold outside . Especially this girl working thr, worst barista I have ever seen in my life , so rude n mannerless . Started fighting n arguing just BecoZ I was drinking my coffee while waiting inside the premises. Asked me to leave n said u can’t stand here. Most horrible experience

Very careless Staff don’t care about anything, one person was taking and making order , other three was not good for there, just doing time pass and pretending to be working,
Don’t waste your time to get your order from here better to get from outside mall they are good and fast

I just want to say thank you to Mherly & the team, for going above and beyond working hard every single day. It’s ALWAYS busy at Tim Hortons, the line never ends! But Mherly always has such a positive attitude everyday when I see her. I just want to take the time to recognize and appreciate Mherly’s hard work, providing excellent customer service, her positive attitude and always going the extra mile to make customers happy.

Today I visited at this tim Hortons and I ordered a caramel toffee ice cap when i received my order i was totally disappointed because there was whole wiping cream on the lid instead of inside the ice cap and lid was broken when i called to that girl(Janice) to change my drink then she didn’t come back to change my drink and she ignored me very rudely she said to another guy for making our ice cap again it’s around 4.30 pm even She didn’t accept her mistake and didn’t say sorry or something. She don’t know how to behave with customers. I’m also working at tim hortons since 4 years but i always try to deal with customers with a positive mindset and good behaviour

This location is a hit or miss, but Mherly is working then you will get consistent good food and service. This woman deserves a raise!!

I went to Tim Hortons last Friday on may 2 , and the Philippino lady was so rude she wear mask on her and no welcoming to customers never say hi or hlo to anyone their machine stops working and don't even say anything about that I still asking your machine is not working and she just ignore us, that's how they hire people who don't know anything about to greeting people, She told my partner I'm rude and sucks no apologize from her. Please solve my problem otherwise I will call headquarter directly.

25 minutes for a coffee. Must be a record. Counted 7 people working, the place wasn't crowded at all, the selection was... well... there wasn't much if a selection.
Yes it's on me, I could have left, but I really wanted a coffee and I had to wait for my kid to get his haircut so I just waited, reading, but... really? 25 minutes for a coffee? Either needs better training or better staffing, sorry.

Great place for a quick bite and coffee while you shop. Free wifi too. Coffee double double my favourite. Very reasonable pricing.

Sometimes they mix up my hot beverage orders or add something to my order thinking it’s what I said (when it’s not). It can be slow during busy mornings and mid afternoon. There’s free wifi and okay customer service from my experience.
