Stopped by Starbucks and had a great experience. The Choco Chip Frappuccino was crunch to kickstart the day. Paired it with the Paneer Tikka Sandwich, which was fresh, warm, and nicely spiced—the paneer was soft and flavor-packed. Excellent service and cozy ambiance as always!

Stopped by Starbucks at Uptown Square Park after a book fair visit and it turned out to be a perfect reset spot.

The outlet is quite spacious with comfortable seating and a relaxed ambience. It doesn’t feel cramped, which makes it a good place to unwind or even sit and work for a while. The refreshing fruit drink was light and perfect for Chennai weather.

The staff was polite and attentive, and handled a small situation very professionally — really appreciated the courteous service.

Also loved the Chennai-themed mugs on display — a nice local touch.

I had a good experience walking in into the Starbucks at Urban Square and I feel the environment was pleasant. I went to have a refresher and got refreshed completely. The staffs were good and kind.

The place looks good. Modified to mix the classic tamil and western interiors. Food is good too. Self service. workspace for many.

The reason I came to Starbucks was that any other cafe in Tamil Nadu and I would have to know the local language and being an introvert I came to Starbucks so that it would be easier for me to communicate and not feel inferior. I've been a recent starbucks addict and I really love this ambience. Their customer service is really good and if you are planning to have a quiet, ambient work time or a happy place to play uno no mercy with friends this is a perfect spot. And yes you can get the same feeling in any other cafe in chennai. But starbucks is a different vibe overall✨

The ambience is good but the coffee was so bad … that cappuccino had so much milk and water . Such a disappointment. Felt more like hot water with coffee ..

I highly recommend the Mango Frappuccino and Starbucks’ signature Cold Coffee with Ice Cream. Both were delicious and refreshing. I had a great experience at this Starbucks. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the store was comfortable and perfect for working on my laptop.
One thing to note is that the location on Google Maps is incorrect. If you follow the pin, you end up at an unrelated building. The actual store is behind the “Uptown” area nearby. It would be great if the map location could be updated.

Today, I had the opportunity to visit the Starbucks located in Urban Kathipara. The shop had a nice ambiance and was well-maintained. The taste of the coffee was okay, but the latte was the worst experience I've ever had. Despite this, the overall experience was amazing due to the good taste of other beverages and the neat and well-cleaned environment. Additionally, the parking was convenient and easily accessible. Overall, it was a positive experience despite the one negative aspect.

Never been to starbucks in the previous years. This year i started to go for work and it is new to me to know parking and space is all full. I love how the space is designed and it is always a buzzling area so you gotta keep yourself self serviced with your drinks. The barista was very informative, cleared my doubts on rewards in card.
Coming to the ones i tried -
📎 java chip frappuccino - the famous, pretty tasty with the choco crunch.
📎 Cappuccino - was a bit light, i went again to ask more coffee in.
📎Kunafa chocolate Pistachio cake - loved it, the filling was too good

The service could be much better for cleaning and quick helps. Parking of course you gotta be more early or else you would end up in paid lot.

Visited Starbucks for the first time. We have visited Kathipara Starbucks.
We were searching for a place to relax and need to connect laptop for our urgent office work. Then we spotted out Starbucks in kathipara as a option to visit.
One of the best atmosphere which we can get to relax and enjoy our time with our friends or to do our important office work.
They have a great ambiance with good comfortable seats with Air conditioning. Also they have free wifi , charging sockets, neat and clean restrooms and interior facilities.
When we visited, we could see already 10+ people are already doing their work peacefully.
Coming to the food part, we have ordered
Caffe Mocha and a Chicken Burger.
It cost us around 500 which was not bad.

The main highlight of this spot is, it’s 24/7 open. It’s a great deal for anyone who can visit this spot and relax and enjoy their time with their friends/ family / ofc colleagues.

This is honestly one of the better Starbucks I’ve been to in a while. The vibe is really chill and the place is kept clean which is always a plus. I usually stop by in the mornings or early afternoons and the service is pretty consistant. The barista here is always super nice and polite, you can tell they care about doing a good job and making customers feel welcome. Even when it’s busy, they still smile and don’t rush you or act annoyed like in some other places.

I got my usual drink and it was made perfect, not too sweet and the temperature was just right. You’d be suprised how many times other Starbucks mess that up, but not here. The barista even asked if everything was okay with my order, which was a nice touch. Small things like that go a long way for me.

There’s decent amount of seating and the atmosphere is good for working or just relaxing. Some people were reading, others had laptops out, and no one looked like they was in a rush to leave. Just a comfortable space over all.

I had a good experience dining here with friends and their Family members and on top of that the hospitality of Ms. Rofina was exceptional. The calm nature of her helped me to understand the importance of holding the STARBUCKS merchandise in my HAND. Keep up the good work TEAM STARBUCKS [GRATITUDE TO MR. RATAN TATA].

Starbucks" Urban Square" Kathipara" is the first ever Chettinadu inspired starbucks cafe which build with rock pillars and athangudi tiles. And to mention this is a 24/7* running store so you can walkin by anytime. I'm coming here since the first day of this store and till today, they never disappointed me in any cause. Food 100%, Atmosphere 100%, Cleanliness 100%, Vibe 100%. These guys here in this location are a good team players and literally know how to run the cafe. If I'm happy I come here, if I'm sad I come here, If I wanna work I'll come here and sometimes I just come and sit simply for hours with a cup of cold brew and the time goes like anything. So if you want to make a quality time and chill out with your loved ones, friends and family this spot is a awesome place to recommend. I hope this experience will continue for ever. Late-night drives led me to this beautiful spot at 4:35 AM, with a craving for their famous hazelnut triangle and pepper chicken wrap. Unfortunately, luck wasn’t on my side this time—they were out and would need 30 minutes to prepare. So, I decided to treat myself to a coffee instead, and not just any coffee, but a manual pour-over brew with Kenyan Estate beans.

Big shout-out to Mr. Ameesh, who was not only skilled but also incredibly knowledgeable about the manual brewing process. Being a coffee addict, I couldn’t help but get into a great conversation with him about brewing techniques and ideas they might explore in the future. Within minutes, he prepared my freshly ground and brewed black coffee, and the fruity taste notes were just perfect—exactly how I love it.

It felt special to enjoy such a high-quality manual brew at this hour in Chennai, where finding something like this so late is nearly impossible. Truly, the perfect way to start my morning coffee journey! ☕

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks at Kathipara. The filter coffee tasted like nothing more than sugary syrup, with barely any coffee flavor. It was overly sweet and nowhere close to the quality I expect from Starbucks.

To make matters worse, the billing experience was equally disappointing. The cashier seemed completely uninterested in serving customers and came across as pale, rude, and unwelcoming. A simple smile or courteous interaction would have made a big difference, but instead the service felt cold and dismissive.

Good coffee and good customer service go hand in hand, and unfortunately this visit delivered neither. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and works on both the quality of the beverages and the customer experience.

I have tried many Starbucks outside the country but the quality of pastries and cakes they provide is not up to the Starbucks standard.
The cake we tried was similar to the one we ate in bakery, The sandwich is not heated well and it’s very cold and hard to eat

I have been to Starbucks only fewer times, Though i perceive that it is overrated, sometimes a little overrated is necessary, Ambience was top class I ordered a Chicken Tikka Sandwich and a Strawberry Ice Shake both were really good kudos to the staff as well they were very hospitaltable.

Actually we went for the 125Rs offer on last Sunday eve. We had to go for only picco size that got the offer. Apart from taste nd price that everyone know about the ambience that this place gives can be matched by noone. Wholesome atmosphere to cherish here...

It's costly as per the brand name. The star bucks is always costly but the taste does not match the expectation.

It’s the perfect space to get some work done and kill a few hours because it’s quiet and open all day. There are solo tables and community tables with plenty of charging points as well.

Do ask them if they have any offers ongoing because usually Starbucks has points systems or something always happening. Or download their app and register a membership before you go there to get your first drink free.

I ordered their sandwich, which was yum, but on the side were there grey multigrain chips that undermined my meal a lot. If they switch it out to normal potato chips, might be better for the region.

Also they sell Stanley cups and cute cute cute cups now, so if you have a friend who loves such things and you have an insane budget, this is your place to go. 🎉✨
