Really love the ambience here, lively but not too loud, with a nice mix of people working on laptops and just enjoying their coffee. There’s plenty of seating, making it a great spot for casual chats or hanging out for a while.

I tried the matcha and it turned out really good, definitely exceeded expectations. Would come back to try more drinks!

Chill coffee shop with great espresso and plenty of areas to relax or work in. Big fan of the Coquito latte. Love the mix of coconut and cinnamon. Their chicken empanadas are a delicious snack. Love the tables up on the second floor. Super chill and I got to spend a couple hours working there. Will definitely be back!

Now for my standard comments. Location is pretty clean and well kept. Very comfortable and kind of homey in a way.

absolutely 10/10, great environment for getting work done as well as getting coffee with a friend. amazing wifi, outlets everywhere + a restroom which in a midtown coffee shop is a very appreciated plus. the second floor has great long meeting tables, bean bags, and a pool table if that’s what ur into lol. staff is the absolute sweetest 🩷🩷

I love it here!! Such a cute spot with good vibes and even better coffee. The staff is super friendly and gives great recommendations. There are various table set ups from more cozy chairs to working tables with an abundance of outlets. Definitely will come here again when I am in NYC

I dropped by this coffee shop for a networking event hosted by the Women in Machine Learning and Data Science community. The location is prime—naturally drawing a steady crowd of people grabbing coffee, catching up, or working remotely. There’s ample seating, making it a convenient spot to hang out or get work done.

The space itself is pretty minimal—nothing overly aesthetic, but functional. I ordered a regular drip coffee and a slice of banana walnut cake. Both were simple and satisfying. While the pastry selection was a bit limited, their coffee menu was surprisingly creative, especially the cold brews served in pouch bags—a quirky and fun twist.

That said, the floors could’ve used a bit more attention, and the restroom wasn’t particularly well-maintained, which took away from the overall experience a bit.

Love this place! Coffee is delicious and they have this unique lattes with different flavors! The atmosphere is very nice, with diverse spots to sit, very kind attention.

787 Coffee in New York truly feels like home. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The Puerto Rican Christmas music creates such a cozy, festive vibe that instantly makes you feel comfortable and relaxed.

It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy great coffee while feeling connected to culture and community. The space is inviting, the energy is beautiful, and it’s perfect for hanging out, working, or just enjoying the moment.

Sweetest baristas esp Alex! Awesome place to lock in n do some laptop work. Lots of different little corners for more peace / more activity depending on ur coffee shop vibe. Horchata latte was yum!

Walking by and in search of a great cup of coffee with a place I could sit, work, and enjoy the people - I stumbled across 787. It was exactly what I had hoped for.

The Puerto Rican coffee with rum was recommended to me by the barista - and it was delicious. Smooth, decadent, and fully-leaded (the caffeine level was what I was looking for). The rum-infusion was alcohol free but added a wonderful flavor.

The atmosphere was lovely. I sat for a while just people watching and sipping my beverage. When a table opened up, I moved over to work on my laptop for about an hour.

It felt like a quintessential NYC morning. Thanks!

I'm honestly unsure how the reviews are so good. The place doesnt smell or look clean. Wait time is pretty long that two people in front of me walked out (at 12:30 it's not really rush hour). $11 for a cold brew in a plastic bag. And they also tried to sell some very unappetizing looking pastries. Bathroom is dirty. Tried to look for a napkin there is none anywhere.
The upside is that they do provide wifi and sitting area.

The matcha tasted great! Only had whole milk or oat milk though. Atmosphere 10/10, very comfy chairs, a real “third space” environment, good wifi. Also has a pool table. Bathroom could be cleaner though, but obviously only applicable if you’re sitting here for a while. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a spot to work at.

I recently visited 787 Coffee and had an amazing experience. This hidden gem has a coquito latte that did not disappoint. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The vibe paired with the environment having an ambiance perfect for both relaxing and working, I felt right at home. Will definitely be back soon!

Such a cozy coffee shop in a busy area of town! Super friendly baristas and lots of space for sitting and getting work done with free wifi. Most importantly the horchata latte with oat milk and chocolate chip cookie were delicious! Will definitely be back if I’m in the area again.

Love the vibe and a lot more spacious with wifi and outlets! Even though the music was loud you can easily still chat at the tables in the back or upstairs, non-noise cancelling headphones tune it out just fine when studying, at least in my experience. They also sell stickers but make sure to ask the price of the ones you want as I didn’t see price labels of them.

Brenda was so kind and very fast considering that she was working by herself with a line on top of that. When she asked for my name I told her to spell it which ever way she wanted because my name is a little different than how it’s pronounced but she made me feel seen and comfortable by asking my what was the correct way of spelling it and I greatly appreciate her for that! She made the overall experience a 100/10 love her and the shop. Coffee is also great

Blown away at the quality of this coffee, I can’t remember the last time I had a classic latte this excellent. The coffee tastes caramelized, as if there is dulce de leche without the fat and sugar, and only a faint flavor was left. Sublime.

Love the planty, Latino ambiance, with plenty of comfy seating for working.

I was pleasantly surprised when I came here on a Saturday afternoon to find I had almost the whole place to myself it seemed like. 787 has a huge space, with a second level with even more seating. I enjoyed a matcha latte and cookie downstairs, where there's also a single stall bathroom. The employees were all friendly. There's wifi and outlets scattered around, making this a good place to do work, catch up with friends, or read a book. It eventually got pretty busy, but I enjoyed the solitude while I could.

A truly comfortable place for breakfast and for working on your laptop. The staff at the counter are super kind and helpful, and the coffee is incredibly good! Definitely a spot worth trying and experiencing!

Hannah is especially kind. i am torn between recommending and not recommending because if i do, more people will come here and this place will be more crowded and more popular, but hey, it is that good. LOL. i love their dulce de leche latte. work-laptop friendly place. but just be polite with each other — you know — when it’s crowded, let’s not be ignorant and give our bags seats when people are trying to find place to sit. be kind, the usual.

Awesome and comforting atmosphere!! My Puerto rican girlfriend was very satisfied with the vibes and the tres leches latte is the best!! Very comfy seating and also working areas so a nice balance!

Cindy and Tina were great behind the counter, I had to immediately try the drink and I was not disappointed. Sadly I was too eager and didn't catch a photo of the beautiful latte art Cindy made! It was my first time at this location. The hot Coquito latte with the rum beans; it was perfect temperature / flavor / roast, the chair I got to sit in was comfortable and the wifi let me get some work done on my phone easily. Definitely coming back to try the food and have a cozy place in the afternoon

the atmosphere and service at this location was lovely. justin and sandi were so kind and attentive. i wasn’t expecting to spend $11 on a latte, but the flavors really surprised me. It’s a great place to get work done, loads of space to set up with a friend and chat or cozy up with your laptop. The employees brought water and refilled it regularly, which was a very nice gesture. i also really enjoyed hearing about the back story. i look forward to coming back soon and bringing my friends.

It’s a café with a very pleasant atmosphere, perfect for working or chatting with friends. The girls who serve, Tina and Cindy, are very attentive. I tried the chocolate cookie and it was delicious. Recommended.

I love having a pouch of Latte! The atmosphere here is great for a meeting. Got to send out some emails with the wifi while I enjoyed my latte and delicious chicken empanada.

Flat white. Nice interior and space for working, staff can get a little busy so they couldn't keep track of the line. Also, they tried to push the infusion a lil much.

The CHOC CHIP COOKIE WHEN FRESHLY BAKED IS SO GOOD. Also this location has a great vibe / ambiance, great for working or hanging with people.

This spot was the best! Everyone on staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I had the hot chocolate which was delicious. The vibes were so nice inside - they have a loft area with a pool table and free wifi. Great space to hang out and do some work :)

Brightly lit and tastefully decorated, this place is a cozy respite from the daily grind. It has a spacious study room upstairs and free wifi. This place also has clean sugar substitutes that are free from additives. Baristas are friendly. Hannah went out of her way to check on things. They have cool coffee bean merch too that they change out every two weeks

I started working near here recently and have not drank much coffee prior. Absolutely love the Tres Leches Latte and usually get a lot quesito with it! I do not drink coffee often, but I always make sure to stop here before work!

787 is a super cool coffee shop and has tons of seating! They even have a pool table upstairs you can play and take study breaks. Dani was working and she’s so friendly and made us feel so welcomed as we studied there all day.

Love 787 coffee and fantastic customer service. I visited another location on the island and had to stop by today because it's close to the office I'm working out of. Dani and I had a wonderful conversation and she even drew me a flag on my pouch for for me once I told her my hubby is Boricua. So sweet. Thank you for adding a touching moment to by day, Dani!

Love love love this place. The rum-infused beans are 👌 and the horchata latte (which they def were doing before Starbucks) is so tasty. On top of that, the staff is always chill, and there is free, good wifi. It’s also a big space, so there are usually spots to sit and get work done, if that’s what you’re looking for. Overall, this is one of my favorite spots for coffee in the city ❤️

Lovely smooth coffee. I got the coquito latte and it is a delicious. Choosing a specialty coffee bean is an extra surcharge which I didn't realize but I could taste the cinnamon that came with the beans. Lots of seating and even a long table and printer for a fee available in this cafe which is convenient for working on the go.

747 Coffee is hands down my go-to café spot! The atmosphere is always warm, welcoming, and cozy—perfect whether you're working, catching up with friends, or just grabbing a quick coffee. The staff truly make the experience, especially Tina and Shenila. They’re incredibly personable, attentive, and genuinely care about their customers. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a smile and great conversation. It’s rare to find a place that consistently nails both the service and the vibe, but 747 Coffee does exactly that. Highly recommend!
