Small Cafe with some seating near the many hotels in the area. Good selection of drinks and some bakery basics. Good music, although a bit loud for working in. Free wifi is a plus.

I’ve only been to this location a handful of times, but every time I’ve gone I have had a very good experience! The music was nice and the wifi worked well enough to do some solid studying! (college student lol). The barista Allyson was very welcoming and so helpful when asking about drink recommendations! She definitely helped in making me feel much more comfortable being that I hadn’t been there many times before. Overall good experience and I will have to stop by again soon! Great people, Great service, and Very nice atmosphere overall. Will be going back again soon!

I come to NYC for a bout 3 weeks every October/November for work. This place is on the way from my hotel to where I am working. This was our regular coffee spot. Over the past two or three years we got to know the people working there and looked forward to it every morning. This year someone else has taken over the shop and it is not the same at all. Staff is not friendly at all, at least they weren't to us. Just didn't feel very welcome. Even spoke to the woman whom I think is the new manager on my first day back and said I was here for a while and this has been our regular stop and looking forward to another season. She seemed to care less. Then my coffee was just mediocre and not very hot. Gave it 3 days before I decided I a not going back anymore and will find a new place. Really too bad honestly. And yes the music is really loud in there as others had said but I wasn't staying there with my coffee so didn't really care that much.

Admittedly a bit of a coffee coffee snob. I wish I'd gotten the name of the barista who made my latte, but it was easily top 5 I've ever had. (I went 03/07/24 late morning-ish seemingly right around a shift change)

Hot Mocha with almond milk. When milk is being steamed, it shouldn't scream. Non-dairy is more difficult to get good froth without scalding. Dude nailed it, I knew it was going to be a good cup from the sound but it blew me away. Wonderful texture, mellow grind, chocolate flavor but the espresso is still in the forefront. Fantastic.

Cherry Danish smacked. Should have had it heated, but I was enjoying moment.

Place has a warm atmosphere as well. Few people relaxing on a couch, one working on a computer in the corner. Music pleasant but not distracting.

I prefer trying new places but I'll be back to this spot.

Wi-Fi stops working randomly and staff don’t know to fix it. Do not go to work for long hours. Really rude staff and coffee tastes burnt. They have a work friendly vibe but then all of a sudden turn off the Wi-Fi and refuse to help.
