Le Cafe Coffee

A great spot for a morning cup or a mid afternoon stop-in / casual meet up. The seats are bar stools on both sides of the space so it doesn't have lingering laptop users, just people meeting up for a quick chat or less formal business meeting. The servers are what make this shop especially welcoming. They know several regular customers by name and ask how life's going for a friendly connection first thing in the morning before work. Highly recommend!

I just discovered this lovely cafe earlier this morning.

The coffee is delicious and the customer service is stellar.

I enjoyed working in the relaxed and cozy atmosphere of their cafe.

I recommend any coffee lovers to stop by and give this wonderful establishment more business!

I honestly never leave reviews as I have worked in customer service but this specific location is so shady and I would be careful. Me and my sister visited this store earlier this week and they had some flyers of some deal they were having.
The deal said that if we scan the qr code we would receive $7 off a purchase of 8 or more. We scanned the qr code even downloaded the app and created an account. When we went to go place the order the discount was not added.
We had asked the baristas why it is not working and all they had to say was "We have never had this issue before" and " Just place the order they won't charge you". We should've walked out but we listened to the workers that obviously had no idea what they were talking about and placed the order. We were charged the full amount and the workers didn't seem to care that their "promotion" didn't work. One of the workers said that "oh the promotion might not be valid anymore". Well thank you for finding that out after you made us place the order and why do you have the promotion set out if it is invalid. Obviously the owner knows people will fall for it and is trying to scam people. When we tried to talk to costumer service they said that the promotion ended more than a month ago and that they can not do anything to help us. Why are flyers with this promotion still out a month after it ended and it had no information saying when it ended. This is very shady and it's honestly not about the 7 dollars just a waist of time and i wonder how many people they got with this. We would've gone to any other coffee shop. The coffee is mediocre at best and way overpriced for the smallest cup that is half ice.
Honestly just disappointing and i've never ran into worse customer service.

Check out this gem of a coffee nook just off the corner of Broadway. A few steps away from the bustle of Broadway, you can enjoy artisan coffee in a relaxed environment with chill music (but not too loud) and pleasant decor. Prices are reasonable for NYC. There's enough counter space to pop open a laptop or enjoy some reading. If open, there are a couple of window-facing seats where you can observe passersby and drivers contending with one lane of traffic as you enjoy a latte.

Great cappuccino and baristas who know their craft (I overheard a lead barista teaching another team member). Loved the atmosphere. For the tiny store there is plenty of counterspace and enough power outlets to casually finish some work on your laptop while sipping your drink. And this cafe actually opens past 5pm, which makes it stand out compared to other high end espresso cafes in walking distance. Only con: no restrooms.

Came here on Sunday morning, the filipino woman and man working here are extremely nice ❤️ Fast service as well.

Such a nice cafe! I loved their iced matcha latte and donut. They were tasty. The atmosphere was great.

This cafe is near Bryant Park.
It seems they have several locations in Manhattan.

There are only about 10 stools, but each seat has a socket, so you can probably work on your laptop.

This time I ordered an iced matcha latte and a donut. I tried the latte with oat milk, and it was easy to drink and delicious. The donut was also less sweet than Dunkin', just the right size and easy to eat.

The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was great.

The location is great, they have a wide selection of beverages, and they seem to have quite a bit of food, so it might be nice to buy some and have a picnic in Bryant Park.
