I’ve been going to THINKs since the Bleecker st location opened like a bagillion years ago - this location is also RAD, everyone is so friendly, and they truly make you feel special.
I also just wanna shout out Eli who was working the counter 8/2/26 in the afternoon - I had an issue with my loyalty points, and not only did he patiently listen to the issue, he was super positive and helpful the whole time. Issue was resolved in mere moments! That said, I’ll say it again: the whole team is awesome. Oh, and the coffee is great too 😁
Really great space for working, the interior is huge. However, we tried a special summer drink, the Arnold palmer matcha, and found it to be bitter. After a few sugar packets, it was more drinkable
I was looking for an early morning spot to grab a cold brew and tackle emails, and Think Coffee was perfect. The cold brew was straightforward and good. The breakfast burrito was great, and wasn't too much. The wifi worked easily and there was plenty of space to sit quietly and work. The staff person was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back!
Don’t leave reviews often, but I always have a great experience when I come here. Shout out to the person working the register at noon on Sunday 3/22. So sweet but also doing a great job managing the flow and making sure everything was moving smoothly.
Stopped by at think coffee for the first time and was greeted by a young lady with orange hair named stephanie . She made me the best flat white . Despite her running back and forth she was always so sweet to everyone and very patient. The cafe is very cozy , spacious and laptop friendly. Definitely coming back!
Pretty cool spot in the neighborhood. It’s a lot bigger than it look when walking in. You don’t expect a coffee shop in this area to be so big. It has a large back space with outlets available. Although I do not go back there because it is kind of dark (my camera does a pretty good job of brightening dark spaces). I guess if you like mood lighting, it’s a good spot to sit.
A lot of people working here all the time. Good coffee.
I think Think Coffee is just a tad larger than it was when I first came here. The cafe appears to have quadrupled in size. It now offers much more seating and free wifi.
In addition the Think brand has expanded with a few more locations. Aside from selling a full range of coffees, they also offer cider, salads, sandwiches and coffee beans.
During this visit I ordered a cafe con leche. It was not as good as the cup I previously had here. Seemed a bit on the bitter side this time.
All in all I would return and try them again due to the cleanliness, great service and tranquility provided.
This place was awesome! It’s the only think coffee that I’ve been able to easily find a table to sit and work. The espresso is great. I had a really satisfying chai gf muffin. I think the only drawback was that I kept getting kicked off the wifi and I didn’t see too many electrical outlets. Other than that, the amount of available tables more than made up for it.
Lovely ambience where most people seem to be working online. The food is good but the service could have been better. I had to ask for knife to cut my bagel and another knife to go with the avocado toast.
One of my go-to cafes for working or reading. Spacious, free wifi, restroom, many coffee and food menu. Sometimes it can be so cold. But most of the time it is perfect.
This café is in a fantastic location and is a great spot to get work done. Unlike many other places in New York, it offers plenty of seating and maintains a quiet, focused atmosphere — most people are on their laptops, working or studying. The coffee was solid, and the cookies were a nice touch too. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a calm, productive place to spend a few hours.
A nice, super spacious coffee shop. The graham cracker latte was pretty good. A good place to chill inside and use the wifi.
Very good coffee - baristas know what they're doing and they source quality beans. There is also a pretty good food menu, including several vegan options, although the food is pricey. This location has a ton of space and great comfortable seating options - I'm always able to find a seat. One downside is that the wifi is awful, so if you're planning to do work, keep that in mind. Still, it's a great option for the area.
I would give this place 3.5 stars but I can only give whole star reviews. I have gotten coffee to go here a few times now. I order black drip coffee and it's pretty bad here especially considering it's $4 for a medium. Way too strong and has a weird aftertaste (honestly kinda like bodega coffee). But it's cute and they have a nice vibe. All their cups are compostable. I see lots of people milling around and having meetings, which means they support a social environment and don't mind people working. They send me coupons, which is nice and most coffee shops don't do that. Also wheelchair accessible entrance and counter. It could be great, they just need to focus on making a good cup of drip coffee.
Coffee is good. Atmosphere is ok. Food is overpriced. I feel so bad after I paid $14 for a sandwich that is worth only $8 or less even for NYC standard. It wasn’t fresh at all. I took a bite and couldn’t eat it further. The staff wasn’t pleasant. Not to mention wifi gets interrupted a lot. Came here to work on my laptop; wasn’t productive at all. A wasted day.
I like this place for both to-go and stay. Coffee is nice and I like atmosphere here. Good wifi.
This is a great Think location. Most importantly the make a delicious chai and great espresso drinks in general. The staff is super nice. Think has to-stay mugs, though surprisingly, most of those drinking inside the cafe still use to-go cups?! The seating options abound and is perfect for those working (rear section), a solo visit (middle) or meeting friends (front). Lady, but not least, is that the subway is not even a block away.
A favorite cafe of mine in NYC. This location has something of a small-town vibe to it, since it is in less of a central area than the Union Square location. Beer, coca-cola, teas, coffee. Sounds good to me. I wouldn't use my laptop here, just because I find it a little uncomfortable; plenty of other patrons seem fine working on theirs, though. It is a solid place to read and write, listen to music, meet up with friends, or simple drink and chill.
Are really nice place to drink coffee, eat pastries, and get work done. The coffee and wifi (50 down and 10 up on my test) are both really good. The bathroom is spacious and clean, but on a weekend one is barely able to keep up demand.
I was very productive here since the atmosphere is very supportive pf that with a lot of people studying and working. Only downside is that having an electric plug nearby is just dependant on your luck, so you better go fully charged. The seating near the window get the best sunlight but the inside is dimly lit, but it's nice unless you're a person who needs strong light to study.
Other than that the coffee was great and their Turkey, Brie, and Pesto sandwitch was so good!
I can be very particular about the working environment of a coffee shop and this one intrigued me as I passed it on way to my favorite tea spot. Curiosity won me over and I gave it a try.
Important things first: spacious and very well attended with lots of patrons actually working and not using their digital gadgets as mere ice breakers. Very friendly staff and good music kept the creative juices following. Very promising. Deserves a few more evaluation trips.
Oh, and the Chai Latte was good too.
Went twice for a small breakfast and coffee stop to start my day. Had the blueberry scone and cold brew both times; so good. I also love that they have the huskee cups - everyone should check it out. They cost $15 but you get a free medium drink when you buy it. You can also use them other places like any other reusable cup.
My biggest complaint is that it is incredibly cold in here. There's plenty of table space and wifi to stay and work on laptops, but even with a jacket I could only stay for about an hour before I had to go outside to warm up.
Decent coffee drinks, lots of seating (though it still gets full on weekend afternoons), and usable free wifi. Nothing too fancy, but it's nice to have a bigger space available than most Manhattan coffee shops.
Visited again for the first time in a few years. Just as excellent as remembered. Good selection of food/lunch choices (some breakfast options stop at 11am) and great coffee/environment. They've got wifi and a few outlets in the back room for charging.
The coffee here is really good quality - and so is the latte art! Great place to go to do work, especially since they have free wifi. The staff is super friendly and I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for my coffee, which is a big deal in NY!
internet that is slower than molasses, as well as music that can be too loud to think over. Good news is they provide outlets, bad news is that you'll need them since even the longest battery life won't beat out the eternity that it takes Web pages to load here.
Staff and coffee is good so if you don't need wifi, this place isn't bad.
The baristas understand the moral and ethical ins and outs of coffee sourcing, and are working to strengthen underprivileged communities in the countries they source their beans from. Also the coffee is good, the service was impeccable, the music and atmosphere are cool too. Highly recommend.
Their drip coffee and cold brew on tap is strong and delicious enough to have as is.
Spacious seating, wifi friendly and a convenient place to begin or end a relationship.
The service I got was a blow, the guy working at counter was talking away and gave me a look before coming to the cash register while he looked as if he doesn't give a damn. Black small coffee was almost $5, wasn't worth the price, but the chill environment was nice to do work in.
This is a very spacious yet with an intimate feel organic hip music coffee shop scene... That's a mouth full. Try the vegan chai muffin, very delicious. Also, there's free wifi, YES!
Firstly the coffee is great and, surprisingly, that’s been hit and miss for me as I travelled across the US. It’s Very busy, but if you want something done well then ask a busy person . when/if you get a seat it’s a great place to flip open the laptop work or read a book.
Great cafe with a pretty big back area for seating. Good wifi if you need to get some work done. Also great grilled cheese :)
Sooooo much better than the Think Coffee on Mercer. This location is quiet and very chill. wifi is still not great but at least they have outlets.
Roomie and comfy and no pressue to skidoo. Great product and free wifi. sometimes it swings from too warm to too cool within a minute; someone bought a huge a/c unit. why would ANYONE go to the StarBuck across the street?!
Service was great! But, this place suffers from “laptop Mania” Where people just buy a coffee and sit for hours upon hours...
Limited space so don’t expect to get a table
Good cold brew, somewhat regrettable sandwiches. wifi and seating were good, if a bit dark and stuffy. Enjoyed other Think locations a bit more.
Good coffee with free wifi. Lacked cleanliness. Coffee cups were just left as in after the customers left. Also there was a strange odor in the premises.
Great little coffee shop with environmental considerations.
Couldn't find the wifi network when we were there but with the amount of people on their laptops there it must be available.
This place doesn't want you to stay there. Loud death metal playing on speakers aimed at tables. AC blowing at peoples heads. Slow wifi (using mobile internet for this).
Tons of space, great drinks, community feel... the best. Great for working solo or with a group of friends to warm up.
Good lattes, snacks, nice place to sit and chat, work on wifi, or even read. There are windows to sit by or quieter in back to work or read.
Fast and friendly service. Delicious coffee and nice ambience wether you want to hang out or work on your laptop.
Decent Coffee Spot - good wifi and location. Cons: gets crowded fast and only one bathroom.
Great location to get breakfast and Think coffee for work on your laptop
Food is OK, but the wifi is very unstable for zoom calls.
Good chilly place with good coffee, nice food and wifi for good prices.
Good, socially responsible coffee house. Lots of room to camp out, good wifi.
Thank you for being laptop-friendly
Old scone, like a stone. Good nitro brew. Couldn't get the wifi to work...
Cute coffee shop with plenty of seating and decent wifi.
